From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the host, we knew this was going to be something different. The host asked, and was genuinely excited when we told him it was our first time in. My wife and I agreed to split 2 entrees, and that was another good decision. I had the Cachapa with shredded chicken, and she had the Venezuelan Arepas. I received chicken and maybe (?) beef, hubby thought it was very pork like but the menu doesn't have pork and I think it was the vegan empanadas. They were good, but not what we ordered. Hubby got the skewers with rice, wonderful. My food never came, when I asked they told me I didnt order it and I had to insist I did, and then they told me it will be right out. I ate the empanadas with hubby, hubby ate is skewers,rice, and potato, my food was still nowhere to be seen. At that point I asked for a refund, they told me my food wasn't ready, and I said I know, I'm done here and would like a refund which they gave to me in cash. It was an hour from ordering to me asking for a refund. What we had was good but 1) I wouldn't recommend for someone with allergies or food restrictions, 2) it took awhile to get the food The woman at the front was very sweet but I was disappointed because several people on TikTok recommended it, and the reviews are exceptional.
