Out of all the nail salons I've tried this is my fav place in the Austin Metro area. They are courteous and current with nail trends. The salon is gorgeous and always super clean. Rude service. Very rushed. They even put a timer on to tell them when to stop... I had a man do my nails that was not sociable AT ALL. All though the free drinks and fruit were ok. But we ended up paying for it somehow. Very over priced. The paint job was awful and even got on my skin. read more

I have been going to Venice Nail Salon in Georgetown, TX since November of last year. I started with a girl named Holly and she always did a great job until last week. I went in for a pedicure, I did make an appt, and she was very rude to me and rushed the pedicure, didn't speak to me, wouldn't put on the polish I asked for !!! I just thought she was having a bad day !!! Today I went for my manicure, with appt, and she was so rough my fingers were litterly hurting. My nails need to be soaked off but today she used an old plastic nail to pry off the artificial nail. I told her she was hurting me but she just kept on. She told me that I didn't have to make an appt. next time because she would not do my nails!! I still don't know what the problem was. I always tipped her very well. I am an older lady and had my nails done every other week where we lived before . In fact, I went to the same nail technician for 35 years !! I will never go back to Venice nails in Georgetown again !! I don't need to pay for someone to be rude to me !!! read more

I got a shellac pedicure and SNS nails last week. The shellac paint on two toes has already just fallen off (which I have never ever happened to me). My SNS nails were incredibly bad. The technician who did mine did not pay attention at all to what she was doing. If you have ever gotten SNS, you know that after they finish dipping your nails, they will shape the SNS that is on top of your nails to make look more natural. She did this but did not pay attention AT ALL. My nails were seriously lumpy. On top of that, the SNS did not even cover my entire nail on some fingers. On top of all that, the tips of my nails were jagged... nothing pretty or nice about them. Both technicians rushed and do​ not care about the quality of their work - which is evident because my nails are cracking and chipping only a week and a half later... Will never go back... read more

I have been getting my nails done for many years and this is the very first time I've ever been charged to take the color off my nails. The owner was VERY rude and unprofessional and started yelling at me saying that's in their rule book that they don't even present to their customers. Maggie, who did my nails, left my nails looking half finished and like she put in minimal effort. Also each person got at least a 3-5minute shoulder massage while waiting for their nails to dry and mine was about 10 seconds. She did not even clean under the nails or around them upon completion which left polish on the skin around my nails. The owner seemed very irritated because I asked them to fix my nails. Finally I asked for a refund after still not being satisfied and she told me that she would rip my nails off before giving me a refund. This is the WORST manicure I have ever had in my life. read more

I just spent $90 to be rushed in and out. I called before I went it, it was over and hour before they closed and I just wanted to make sure they had someone available. When I called, he said come on in and we can get you taken care of, then he said but hurry because we might close early... ok? I got there in less than 15 mins. Still a little over an hour before close. The lady doing my pedicure, 'Carol' I believe, rushed through it. He offered me a manicure at the same time, said they were able to. Rushed through that too. Both ladies looked aggravated and pissed off. How dare I come give you my money? THEN they made me feel even more inconvenient when I asked if I they could add a $10 tip for each lady when they swiped my card. I got a 'Um, you don't have cash?' 'Yeah $3.' 'That's it?' 'Yes, I wasn't aware I needed cash.' I was rushed into the chair so quickly once I got there I didn't see the sign they had up. Then I had 2 people fighting over doing my nails. I guess the lady wasn't fit to? I don't know but it was awkward. Both of them trying to grab my hand, not really professional. Then they take my complimentary wine and set it on the chair next to me, so now I can't reach it. Then when their finished she says 'Drink your wine.' Well I would have before if you hadn't put it out of reach. I'm just really upset that I spent $90 to feel like I inconvenienced them. I'll never go back. read more

I have come here the last 3 or 4 times I've gotten my nails done and I now won't go anywhere else. I always ask for Molly. She is amazing and takes great care of me. I won't let anyone besides her even touch my eyebrows. Usually I have my son with me and she gives him snacks and juice. My mom was visiting from out of town, and we decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. While the facility is clean and the employees are nice, the pedicures were horrible. An older lady did mine. She cut the sides of my nail back way too far. It HURT like heck, and I left bleeding on 5 different toes. Thank goodness it's sandal season, because there is no way I would be able to wear anything over my toe. The big toe on my left foot was extremely red and swollen, and was very painful for at least 5-7 days. A young man did my mom's pedicure. While he wasn't as rough as the lady who did mine, hers was terrible as well. She asked for a French manicure and ended up with what could only be described as "clown toes". Remember the first time you saw a French manicure and decided to go home and try to do it yourself? This was worse. MUCH worse. The white tips were globbed on and the tip was huge. It looked absolutely ridiculous. He told her it was her fault because her nails were too short. Hello? McFly? Who cut the nails? We decided that the reason they give you alcohol is to numb the pain and distract you from the awful paint job. I will never go back. read more

I have given this place 2 chances and this third time is it for me. I have always left with bleeding fingers and sore nails for days. I have gone to nails salons who say the SNS is organic and better for your nails. I happen to mention it to a lady sitting next to me and the guy doing her nails said "no it isn't and that gel is better" when she freaking asked for SNS! Just rude. If you're looking for a nail salon that's as customer service driven and high quality as you'd find in Austin, this is the place for you! These people really take care of you from the time you walk in the door. My mom and I came here to get a pedicure and manicure, we were sat next to each other in the massage chairs with our feet soaking while we waited for someone to be come available. The free wine and refreshments were offered to us right away and we were given a menu to choose which manicure and pedicure we'd like. We chose the basics, which were relaxing and delightful. Unfortunately my manicure was a bit rushed and not up to standards due to it being closing time, the lady finished my nails and left the salon as soon as she got done. Initially I was disappointed while I waited for my mom's manicure to finish (30 min after mine), but I brought my concerns to the management and they immediately found someone to fix it. They completely started over on my nails, picked a color that would work better for me, and made sure my nails were flawless before leaving. This ended up taking a while, but the guy gladly stayed over so that I left a happy customer. The customer service was spectacular and overall, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. NEVER GOING BACK. A guy named Phat managed to break the skin on my feet in 3 places yesterday....my big left toe, he filed too close. On my right foot, he was so rough with the callous grater that he broke the skin near my toe, and the side of my right foot looks like a tractor rolled over it, it's so raw. He rushed the pedicure (which was the upgraded $40 pedicure) and then thinned down the polish so much, it was streaked. He rushed the leg massage and was very rough. I left and came back when I realized how bad it actually was. All they would do was re-do the polish. They would not refund my money. I have been before and left unhappy. I decided to give them a second chance and now I will NEVER go back. read more
