This restaurant has been here for the longest but never had a chance to try. Maybe because I don't do dairy but anywho, I ordered my meal through the slice app. I ordered the broccoli and pasta and a side of spinach. I had some discount codes so it only came to $10.65. They called and said it would take about 15 minutes. I got there and parked in front about 15 minutes later. I walked in and told the lady my name and she said it would take a few more minutes. It took about 10 more minutes and I grabbed my food and left. When I got home I dug in and I really liked the linguini and broccoli and it was so filling and flavorful. The spinach and garlic was just ok. I usually love spinach but it was semi bitter. All in all I had a good experience. read more

The pizza is good but the customer service is awful. This is my second experience with them. The first experience I order through Uber eats and called to make sure I could request beef pepperoni because there is not an option for beef on the app. I called the gentleman was completely rude tell me how expensive beef pepperoni is and I need to pay extra. The second experience I called my order in ahead of time and I get there my order was not ready because the same gentleman tells me how expensive beef pepperoni is and he didn't want to trust if I was really coming or not and he would have to throw the pizza away. They don't use please or thank you. I will not be going here again read more

This used to be my go-to pizza place since I moved to the area, but one interaction with an employee had me vowing to never come back. I had ordered a cheesesteak with 2 types of cheese. The girl over the phone took my order, and when I came in to pick it up, I noticed they charged me $3-4 (Can't remember exactly) for the extra 2 slices of cheese. I said to the girl that if they were going to charge so much extra, she should have mentioned it (as I wouldn't have ordered it), and the older guy working the oven just exploded on me. Basically told me that I was being cheap, and food costs money, and if I didn't like it I should just leave. Look, I understand that food costs money. I also understand that $0.50 worth of cheese and 10 seconds of effort isn't worth $4. I also know that if she had said "oh, that will be $X extra" I simply would have said "forget it, I'll take it the normal way" and be done with it. But to surprise me with the charge after I paid (I was never told, I questioned why the bill was so high) is just ridiculous. So yeah. Screw this place, plenty of better options in the area like Enzo's or Two Tony's. It's not even about the $4, it's being told I was cheap and being yelled at that turned me off. read more

This is one of the best pizza places in Linden. My family and I have been ordering from here for a few years now. I love there cheesesteaks and they even put ketchup on it if asked. I believe they have a new owner, because I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and it tasted a little bit different. Nonetheless, it was still delicious. Trust me, go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. Venice used to be a good go-to for pizza or subs. Now, it takes forever to get your orders and more than half the time what you get is NOT what you ordered. The staff is beyond rude. We decided to give them one last shot tonight. Big mistake. After an hour of waiting for our order "Tony" tells me: "it would just be easier if you picked up your food". I tell him after several bad experiences this will be our last order with them. He say's "okay, you lose I don't lose". That tells me everything I need to know. Incorrect orders, horrendously slow service and very rude staff - no one should waste their money on that. read more

DAMN, this place had some freaking good food!!! Ordered delivery yesterday and everything we got was pretty bangin. 1. Chicken Parm Sandwich (asked them to add grilled onions and hot peppers) - SOOOOO good! Might be one of the best chicken parm sandwiches that I have ever had. Amazing. 10/10 2. Bacon Cheeseburger - Really really good too but they make it on a hoagie roll so that was different. Regardless, great taste and big portion size too. 9/10 3. Buffalo Wings - They gave the sauce on the side but the wings were so crispy and they were pretty large too. So so good. 9/10 4. Fries - They were like steak fries so I wasn't a big fan of them. Don't judge a book by its cover, this place is a much to look at. But I had an excellent plain slice for two dollars. Thin crunchy crust, warm melty cheese, tasty sauce, and most importantly the slice folds up nicely without cracking or falling apart (the way a proper slice should) so you can take it to go without a plate. read more

My family enjoys their steak sandwich's. This is the second time we ordered for delivery. Both times we were told 30 to 45 minutes. Last time it was an hour and half. Looks like it will be the same this time Just called after an hour wait and was told there was a problem with the oven. The girl that answered the phone is very pleasant but that's the only other good thing I can say about the place. We will not be back. The ending the manager came a very nice young man. After dealing with this establishment for over 20 years. I was stunned when I placed an order for our usual LG pie with extra cheese. What we received was an old pie with more cheese melted on to it. Plus the "large pie" left a quarter of the box empty. I called the shop to try and get some explination for this. The woman that answered told me to hold for the the manager. When I started to stated my concerns, he said to me, and I quote "was I &*(%(*$ kidding him". He continuned to yell over me and not allow me to voice my concerns. Mind you we have been customers of theirs at least once a week for the last 20 years. Needless to say I told him it would be the last time we would be calling. His response was he didn't care. We ordered from here on a Friday, around 4:00 pm, for pick up. We got a large pie with black olives, anchovies and garlic, as well as an order of garlic bread with cheese. The garlic bread was sub par, nothing to write home about. The pizza, however, was very good. The anchovies were salty, the garlic was fresh and warm, the crust was nice and crispy. They have a lot of topping choices, even less common ones such as clam and calamari. I would definitely order here again. read more
