First-time visitor to this mall, and I really enjoyed my visit…read more Some of the big names in the retail world have stores here, which was a nice surprise. Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Westfield, you need to care more about the families and women supporting your establishment!

I have been visiting Sherman Oaks Galleria for way too many years. Since my son was probably 6 or 7…read moreyears old. We have a lot of great memories and photos at this place. It has a lot of different types of restaurants, a gym, Burke Williams (massage parlor), a movie theatre, that's huge. Unfortunately some of the places have been shot down like Frida, that used to be El Toritos before, Starbucks that is VERY IMPORTANT to some people, (not to me), plenty of other Starbucks's on every block is no longer there. Cheesecake Factory, along with so many other eateries, a snack shop, along with Buffalo Wings, P.F.Chang is still there. I am not going to name one by one what's there and what's not. All I can say is that everyone over there starting from the security guards are nice, helpful and friendly. It's a big structure based on 3 stories. Same goes for parking. Yes, I agree with some of the Yelpers that the foot traffic has diminished a little bit. That also depends what day and time of the week you go there. I was there on 6/17/26 around 12:10pm and there were a lot of people everywhere. Established back in 2001 and is till a nice place to go solo, date night or have tourists visiting this lovely, big, charming Sherman Oaks Galleria.

The exception was the Cheesecake Factory, which was not crowded, though there were 10 to 15 other diners. Validated parking is available if you dine at one of the few remaining open restaurants or businesses.

As somewhat expected in a highly populated area in a big city, be vigilant and watch out for yourself, because despite cameras everywhere and the occasional security personnel, you tend to see some shady characters lurking around. Location 4 stars: In the Fairfax District area of Los Angeles, to the East of the original Farmer's Market. The Grove has a huge but very busy parking structure, so while you may have to journey to the upper levels, you will eventually find parking. Although some restaurants will validate part of the parking fees, be prepared to pay somewhere between $10 and $30 depending on how long you stay and which stores you visit. Their validation rules are fairly complex and not straightforward, so be sure to read all the fine print. They also have Valet parking on premises. Venue 4 stars: Nice modern open air set up with a Nordstrom, Zara and H&M and a bunch of smaller stores, an AMC movie theater, a Barnes and Noble, a Cheesecake Factory, and a variety of coffee shops and restaurants to fit most tastes and budgets. One catch being that the Grove parking lot cannot be validated by the Farmers Market stores and vice versa. Once you are on premises you can use the trolly to move from one end of the venue to the other. Also keep in mind that the Original Farmers Market is literally next door and attached to the Grove, which dramatically increases your food options.

There's lots of floors and we had to go to the 4th floor. Make sure to bring your ticket to validate parking at one of the stores, we spent our time at Barnes and noble to pick out some things and we validated there. The place was packed on a Sunday, since it's an outdoor area, it was really hot and staying in the stores helped cool us off, especially if they had AC on full blast. Going back to the parking lot was a challenge, since there isn't a parking attendant around, there isn't service you can get help right away. Parking price is expensive if you stay more than 2 hours, I suggest coming for the 2 hours and validate it at a store or if you end up staying longer and reaching full price (max daily), might as well spend the feast of the day there since they already have everything you need for lunch and dinner. FYI, driving out of the 4th floor took some time so if you're in a rush, so is everyone else and some cars go so fast you might not see them in time around sharp turns and yield signs!

We scheduled multiple visits and they let us spend time visiting different layouts, take measurements, and didn't pressure us to decide right away. Preparing for the move-in day itself was also a great experience - they've got a load-in dock at each building for the truck to pull right up to rather than fighting street parking. All of the appliances are brand new and high-end, and you will very likely be moving into a brand new unit that has never been lived in before. Internet is already installed and ready to turn on, and is fiber so you can crank all the way to 8g up and down if memory serves. Another highlight is being directly above the new Trader Joe's. You can take the stairs down and be right at the entrance! Last but not least - Brittany was an absolute gem every step of the way, and made it a wonderful experience all around. We highly recommend living here!

Mimi was our leasing manager who was unbelievably helpful and made herself available through every single step of the process. I literally do not have enough kind words to say about her. When we moved in, we experienced an issue with our dishwasher and within 2 hours of submitting the request, Luis and Vince (maintenance team) showed up and replaced the entire unit. They were also so kind and had the best energy. All of the finishes within the building and unit feel very luxe and the team here is nothing short of fantastic. We absolutely made the right call in moving to Citrus Commons.
