The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. Shortly upon arrival, we figured out it's an outdoor shopping mall with an upscale mix of name brand stores, boutique shops, elevated restaurants, food court with quick bites/snack/drink vendors, and fun entertainment. Overall exterior was well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It wasn't super busy nor crowded which is great sometimes because congestion of people traffic may make our dining and shopping experience a bit hard to handle. We got to see the Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pop Up showcased in the huge courtyard. It brought back some nostalgia. Neat retro activity! We hit the food court first since we were starving. We grabbed a little something from Tosai Sushi, Poukei, AC Barbeque, Fuwa Teriyaki Grill, O'Gusto, and Massis Kabob. A few were good, but not all. Check out my reviews for each one. Thanks! However, I decided to just kill some time and go into few of their department stores that they have before my meeting with a potential client that was scheduled for 5pm. This is a HUGE 2 story mall with escalators and elevators operating just fine. With clean restrooms, stores, and great service. I went into Macy's and was looking for an outfit to buy for an upcoming wedding. Looked around, but couldn't find anything that captured my eye/attention. Later, went to Zara, one of their most iconic, expensive stores. They have many stores from Bloomingdales, to Macy's to Nordstrom, Louis Vuitton, Sephora, Diesel, Roberto Cavalli, Bath & Body Works, Tiffany & Company, and a lot more. Just to name a few. All associates that I dealt with were very helpful, nice and professional. They no longer have the big Food court. They do have sporadic snack shops inside, but there are a few restaurants on the ground floor, such as H&H Steakhouse, Nicolas Eatery, and ABSteak. Some chain spots such as Starbucks and Wetzel's Pretzel are also available. Parking surprised me with their fair prices. They have a parking garage, rates are very inexpensive and affordable. Still, there are several boutique type stores you won't see anywhere else and the setup is odd (parking is on the lower levels so you take the elevators up or the escalators on the sides of the mall. There's no large food court anymore, only sporadic snack type shops inside but there are a few restaurants on the ground floor, and you have to pay for parking. Service depending on where you go can be hit or miss, it's dependent on the store itself.

Yes, I agree with some of the Yelpers that the foot traffic has diminished a little bit. That also depends what day and time of the week you go there. Location 4 stars: In the Fairfax District area of Los Angeles, to the East of the original Farmer's Market. The Grove has a huge but very busy parking structure, so while you may have to journey to the upper levels, you will eventually find parking. Although some restaurants will validate part of the parking fees, be prepared to pay somewhere between $10 and $30 depending on how long you stay and which stores you visit. Their validation rules are fairly complex and not straightforward, so be sure to read all the fine print. They also have Valet parking on premises. Venue 4 stars: Nice modern open air set up with a Nordstrom, Zara and H&M and a bunch of smaller stores, an AMC movie theater, a Barnes and Noble, a Cheesecake Factory, and a variety of coffee shops and restaurants to fit most tastes and budgets. One catch being that the Grove parking lot cannot be validated by the Farmers Market stores and vice versa. Once you are on premises you can use the trolly to move from one end of the venue to the other. Also keep in mind that the Original Farmers Market is literally next door and attached to the Grove, which dramatically increases your food options.

Parking is limited to I believe roughly 90 minutes though not super strictly enforced to my knowledge, that said it's good to be mindful. Great landscaping. Good bargains. Delicious meals. Friendly service in every establishment. It doesn't get more Studio City than this hub off Ventura Blvd between Laurel Canyon and Radford Avenue. Still a local favorite, though I do get nostalgic for DuPar's (now where Sephora resides) and now also Crave Cafe which has officially closed.
