No optional treatments are discussed and he relies on x-rays rather than inspecting the actual mouth in making his decision to pull, pull and pull. Dr. Grosso made me an upper denture in 2023. It stays in without me using an adhesive. i have always had to use an adhesive until now. I have had several upper dentures made since I got my first upper denture at least 30 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Grosso and his staff. We have both had to contact him during off hours due to dental issues we were having. He always calls us back and makes sure we are taken care of - he even called back when he was on vacation! The dentist seemed very nice but the staff -- not so much. I have great insurance but for some reason I was called two times prior to my appointment to help the staff get in touch with my insurance to verify. Then when I finally arrived for my appointment, I was pressed for more info about my insurance and told this was normal in case something wasn't covered during the exam. Fine but during my exam?? Not before I come in? Then, again during the exam, I was asked about insurance and multiple times again. When I finally saw the doctor I was told I would have to reschedule my cleaning because they didn't pre authorize the insurance correctly. Then when the staff and I spoke as I left I had to go back and forth about insurance again. They didn't have my information correct even after I provided it over the phone and I gave it to them when I arrived. Very condescending ... not welcoming at all. Again, loved the dentist himself but the staff could use some lessons in hospitality and customer relations as I felt unwelcome from the beginning of my experience all the way till the time I decided to look for another dentist. read more

Dr Grosso is a good and caring dentist. His front office staff was very accommodating, the cleaning staff knows how to clean teeth without much pain and Dr Grosso is there to personally supervise the work and checks in with each patient. I can't find any faults with how they did the cleaning, or the recommendations they made. Been with Dr. Grosso for many years and hadn't seen him for a time when all was good teeth wise. Late on Friday I developed a extremely panful tooth ache that by Saturday morning had my whole head and eyes throbbing. Contacted the doctor via text (on his office voice mail and available to all) and Dr. Grosso had my x-rays available on his phone immediately and contacted me back to have me come into the office even when closed and on his Saturday day off. Absolutely amazing and far exceeded my expectations and took the right procedures to ease the pain and get me an awful and very painful experience. Absolutely top-box service and a Dr. who cares about his patients health and wellbeing and sacrificing his personnel time to ensure that I got thru the weekend to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Vince and his staff made a nerve wracking emergency situation better by 300% ! My son needed an emergency root canal after extensive dental work elsewhere, he had reoccurring abscesses, and his face keep swelling up like a balloon and even ended up in the ER. He was so accommodating and got us in the following Monday, he called me over the weekend immediately. He was meticulous and caring. Put my teenage son at ease with his humor and excellent beside manner. It took three visits he was so infected. I am grateful to him and his wonderful staff. He nipped the infection and saved his tooth. I couldn't ask for better service, we will be seeing him regularly and highly recommending him to all our family and friends! When I walked into Dr. Grosso's office as a brand-new patient yesterday, I got some friendliness but not a 'Hi, you're a new patent - let us put you at ease' kind of greeting from anyone on the staff (including Dr. Grosso). No one even told me their name. It kept my radar up a little bit longer than it needed to be. I gave them five stars anyway because Dr. Grosso was by far the BEST DENTIST I've ever had in my life (and I'm in my 50s). After he asked me what issues I was having with my teeth, he was so thorough in checking the condition of my gums and my teeth. He educated me beautifully about why I was having so much sensitivity. Dr. Grosso very clearly explained to me exactly what was going on. He fixed one problem immediately, gave me a second suggestion to do at home and we made arrangements for the third (and largest) matter to be addressed in the near future. He got right to the heart of the matter and was terrific. Dr Grosso is a fantastic teacher as well dentist, and he now has my commitment for life as long as I am living in this area. I have never felt as much confidence in a dentist than I did in Dr Grosso after one session. Definitely a five star where it really matters. read more

I visited Dr Grosso at a recommendation. I drove 50 miles to use his services and I find him to be exceptional. I had a dental emergency that he was able to take care of where the local dentist couldn't. He is extremely creative and highly skilled which a senior citizen like myself appreciates it. Going to Dr. Grosso's was truly a "WOW" moment and has been every time. I am getting older so have had my share of dentists both in the military and civilian world and I can tell you I have never experienced such welcoming, professional, and amazing dental care as I have here. One thing I do regret is that we did not find him years ago and only started going to his office since last year. At this office you don't feel that you are just the patient but feel as part of their family as they welcome you in and truly get to know you. I had put things off for better than five years and had several broken crowns and other work that needed done but I just hated going to the dentist's office but my visits to Dr. Grosso's office turned that around. It's amazing the quality of care I have been provided and never once has Dr. Grosso or his staff tried to upsell me as most other dentists always try. Because I had let some of the broken crowns go I had some complications, which I could feel, but he explained in complete detail the steps needed to correct the issue and amazing care even to the point of calling me at home to follow up on how I was doing.
