We were in the middle of a pool build, and he took the time to explain pool safety requirements, how different placement options could affect inspection, and how to plan things so we wouldn't run into issues later. That kind of guidance was extremely helpful and reduced a lot of stress. The workmanship itself is solid and clean. The gate is self-closing and self-latching, the posts are straight, and everything looks well done. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and the pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received.
