I hit up Tom after seeing he had a lot of experience with Japanese aftermarket wheels and I'm so happy with the experience. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and the turnaround was very quick for a very reasonable price. Super happy with the final result! Will definitely hit up Tom again for any future paint work on any of my wheels. 1 Week update: Paint still looking perfect, no idea where the rash was!

Tom was super friendly, easy to talk to, and very transparent about pricing and what the repair would involve. No surprises, no upselling, just straightforward, honest communication. You can tell right away that he's experienced and really knows what he's doing. He showed up fully prepared with all the tools and equipment needed to get the job done right on the spot, which made the whole process smooth and convenient. The repair itself was flawless. The new paint was blended perfectly with the original finish, smooth and seamless. He even matched the exact shade and the tiny speckles in the paint so it looks completely factory. The curb rash is 100% gone, like it never even happened. If you're on the fence about getting your rims repaired, don't hesitate. Tom does amazing work and clearly takes pride in what he does. The team always goes out of their way to help - they're quick, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and offer fair pricing. Every visit is simply a pleasant experience, and the work is always perfection. They handle everything from large vehicles, Sprinter vans, trailers, and off-road vehicles to simple flat repairs - and they're completely unfazed by unusual issues that come up along the way. Recently, they even had a replacement part on hand for a stripped pressure indicator, which saved the day. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely fantastic. is the best, and even ALF the parrot makes the experience memorable. Honestly, who actually looks forward to tire service? I do.

They have been the only place we've taken my wife's car for oil changes since we bought it. On my last oil change I was told that the threads on the oil plan were stripped and I needed to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I didn't think much about it until today when I took the car to another shop for the suggested repairs. It is going to cost me $1,768 to get a new oil pan !!! The mechanic, which I have known for a very long time, said it was stripped and someone tried to fix it and just made it worse and unrepairable. I just called Randy's and they denied responsibility. I told them they were the only place that has ever done an oil change and it is impossible that they didn't cause the damage. The rest of the conversation went nowhere. I always try to support local businesses. But when they damage my car, cost me $1,768, and don't even consider taking responsibility, they have just lost a long time customer. I will be sure to let my friends and neighbors know about today's experience.
