What can I say w/o writing 10 paragraphs? I will say that after a bad fallout/experience with another wheel company "Forgestar Wheels". Infinitewerks stepped in to save my car, to get it ready for multiple shows in March 2019. Tommy who's customer service sored between phone conversations, email & text messages far exceeded my expectations. I have dealt with many shops, car retail stores in my time and I will say that Infinitewerks is in my TOP 5 BEST. The job at hand and the situation I was on was pretty complicated. Tommy had to figure out fitment to make sure, I got the correct big break clearance, the maximum lip for the stance I wanted and also provided as much options so that my car looked good! Tommy provided the perfect ingredients of Customer Service! But what is customer service w/o good quality product? Being a new customer with Infinitewerks, I only based my purchase of the reviews of others but after receiving my wheels, they were just mouth watering, my jaws dropped, I was very happy to see in person the quality of work that was put on my wheels at a very short time window I had. To add on the quality side the wheels were sooo perfect that when I got it balanced, it didn't need any weights because of how perfect they were. So.... After I got my wheels paid for and they showed up I got everything on the car and the fitment was perfect. The measurements I had given them allowed the team at IW to get the specifications of the wheels dialed in to exactly how I wanted the car to sit. The sales man worked with me over the next day or so to make sure my wheels where exactly what I wanted. Sizing, color, pricing, everything.
