They also removed my swamp cooler without understanding how it worked and left a water pipe open, which left me without water for two days. My calls went unanswered until the second day. The craftsmanship itself looks good, but the lack of communication, poor project management, and the way the permitting and contract issues were handled made this a very stressful experience.
