I paid around $10,000 for tattoo removal and was under the impression I had a full treatment plan (10 rounds across 3 areas). I have only completed 8 rounds, so I KNOW I still have sessions left. Out of nowhere, I was told I had no remaining sessions. This isn't even the first time this has happened--previously, they told me the same thing, then later admitted it was a mistake and that I did in fact have sessions left. This time, they said they needed to "review my account" and would get back to me... and they never did. Now I'm stuck with a partially faded tattoo that isn't fully removed, after investing a significant amount of money and time. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point. If you're considering LaserAway, I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records of every session and communication, because clearly their internal tracking system is unreliable. I've send emails with no response back. Really disappointing experience.

I have been a loyal Venus Med Spa client for over 10 years. I am writing this post on behalf of all Illinois-based clients who, like me, have been taken advantage of by Venus in Illinois. The world should know that Venus closed its doors in Illinois in March/April and took all of our $$$$ with them to Florida! Like thieves in the night, they did not notify any client, stole our money, and were gone. The Venus Med Spa client model is to offer lower prices for procedures (botox, filler, etc) with customers paying pre-paid. In March, Venus closed its three locations in Illinois and took our money with them. I have called the Venus leaders, including the COO and CFO. After multiple calls and finger-pointing pointing I still have not been refunded, and although Venus has confirmed they owe me money, no one will commit to refunding me what they know they stole. If you call the Illinois locations, the phones go nowhere. A Google search makes it appear that all locations are open, which is another LIE! Venus, I don't know how you sleep at night! You know there is a lot of competition in your space, and clients travel from IL to FLA. Taking advantage of clients who were loyal to you is unacceptable, and I'm confident there is a special place in HELL for businesses who close their doors in one state while thriving in Florida and take no accountability to refund your clients. This is the WORST Medi Spa around. My first treatment was done in a very "hurried" and unprofessional way, they advised me that I was going to get enough Disport for the treatment of my Forehead lines ( witch were not even that deep) . And I was told that I had 21 days to see the result, and if not happy, to return for a "Top Up". I trusted them thinking a Top Up was not going to be necessary! Anyway, I rang to make an appointment to come see them on the 21st day, and no appointment available. When I returned, not to impressed by the fact that the "Top Up" was going to cost me additional money! And the rude,and totally unprofessional Receptionist, with a ridiculous smirk in her face, told me that I was not even allowed to have the Top Up, and to wait a few weeks. OF COURSE! Their strategy is to charge customers for a NEW and Ful Price Dose! Unbelievable! Do not go there, they are only interested in your money and not on YOU! I have been going to Venus Mini Med Spa and am very happy with the services I have received there. The staff is very professional and I have always been very pleased with the results. I have had Dysport and Botox done and have never needed to go back for "touch-ups" or have been unhappy with the results. The wait is never longer than 5 minutes and the staff is always friendly. I find the atmosphere there clean and pleasant. I would recommend and have to friends. They have been happy with the results too. read more

The first time I did the regular cool sculpt with the regular nozzle for my lower abdomen which definitely worked! It was not painful and there was definitely fat loss in the area. The second time I did the pro nozzle that Megan recommended. This procedure it longer, a little more painful and does a larger area for the same price. This worked even better! My stomach had such great results that Juvly wanted to use my photos on their site. I've tried micro needling recently and that made my skin dry. Multiple micro needling sessions need to be done every other month to show improvements in skin texture and elasticity. The classic facial and hydra facial are my favorite facials by far! The hydra facial makes my dry skin more radiant and my glowing results last for over a week. I've had my lips injected and wrinkle relaxers done. This place is great, clean and the employees are friendly. The membership program really cuts down the cost of the aesthetic services and it gives you discounts on high end products.
