Went in for the SNS nails on a Friday. The gentleman had no idea what he was doing. Seemed confused the entire time. My thumb nail cracked after two days. Went back to get it fixed on Tuesday but they were closed until Friday so I'm out of luck since I left for vacation early Friday. Most of the rest of my nails have since chipped. They lasted for one week. SNS should last at the very least 3 weeks. He also made me bleed on two different fingers and acted like it was my fault. Ridiculous. I'm very unimpressed with this place. I got a gel manicure with cat eye polish and it looks quite awful honestly. The woman cut my finger nails so short that they are exposing the under part of my nail. The polish is messy and uneven at the base of my nail and around the sides. The manicure part HURT. My cuticles were soaked in cold water. The woman had no idea what she was doing with the cat eye polish as it's didn't even show up on my nail. I'm not sure how she was happy sending me away with this job. Quite honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. I will not be returning. read more

I had shelac manicure recently. The person who did my nail poked my finger bed and made it bleed at more than one finger! And they would not offer any remedy. My finger beds bled and left dark blood stains for days. The nail was also done very sloppily. Nail colors were all over my finger tips. Within 3 days, the thumb shelac has chipped. I have been a regular customer here for the last two years and I have always had a pleasant experience at a reasonable price. The salon is well maintained, very clean and equipment sanitizers/sterilizers are used for mani/pedi instruments. I have had several facials by different estheticians, all were wonderful. My skin felt great and I left feeling totally relaxed. The staff is professional and friendly and will take walk-ins as well as appointments (I suggest making an appointment for facials). This is definitely not a high end salon with all the extra touches, but they do a great mani/pedi/facial for a reasonable price. read more

I had the best pedicure ever here. My deluxe pedicure lasted almost 1 1/2 hours with all the massaging they do and the various treatments. The only thing is that the polish chipped very quickly because she did not remove the oil from my nails before polishing. I did not realize she didn't do it until the next day when the polish chipped off of 8 of my nails. I was in a hurry to leave because I did not expect it to take that long so I just wanted her to get them polished so I could go. I will for sure return but I will make sure I have plenty of time to enjoy it and also make sure she cleans my nails prior to applying the polish. read more

I decided to give the shop another chance over a year ago due to location RIGHT by my house and I'm not sure if there was new staff or what but I have a totally different view on it, complete 360 from my visit a few years ago. Worst nail salon I've ever been to!! First a friend had taken me as a gift and we had a 10 a.m. appointment and we showed up to find they hadn't opened so we called and the manager was about 45 minutes late. Then she starts our nails by herself no help so by the time she had switched back and fourth it was a little uncomfortable with cold water for our foot spa and cold towels and not a hot rock more like cool rock! Also she didn't give me what I asked for and said I should have something else instead that she clearly chose. Additionally I had a manicure done and it sucked! She stopped half way through to take care of another customer and then came back and more customers walked in who she also left me to take care of. This manicure lasted me maybe a week! We have asked about 5 times by this point if she was going to have help come in and she lied and said yes! Lastly she charged us completely full price no type of discount for being late, and wasting our time and we reminded her at check out she was late and still nothing..worst place I've ever been to!! read more

I come to this salon last night well before they were closing, at least two hours in advance, no one was there, and the lady acted like it was such a burden for me to be getting my nails done. Did my gel manicure, saw that there was debris in the polish and continued to paint over it with the clear coat and cure it. It didn't end there, I unfortunately also got a pedicure, the basic one so it was nothing special. She painted only 3/4 of one of my big toes, got nail polish all over my skin around the nail beds (didn't wipe off) and didn't rub/put lotion on my legs. The water was a good temperature so there is that. Anyways. I hope this helps out your decision. read more

My Aunt took me here as part of a gift for my 18th birthday. Let me tell you, it was not pleasant at all. First off, they didn't give us the "full pedicure treatment", and did such a horrible job on my toes that the nail polish began coming off the next day. Secondly, the woman who owns the place is absolutely terrible. My Aunt who goes to Venus nails Day Spa frequently, wanted a discount because one of their employees literally took off her right big toe nail. I'm not exaggerating, it really happened and it's been a year now and she still hasn't gotten a discount and her nail still has not grown back. When this happened the woman made her pay full price. FULL PRICE for a toe nail ripped off by one of their employees. Not even a discount. Unbelievable! The woman's husband was going to give my Aunt $5 dollars off because he felt bad but the owner/woman wouldn't let him and my Aunt and her got into a shouting match all over $5 dollars!! I am never ever coming back here again and I would recommend that you don't go here either. They weren't treating the other customers any better than they were us. So I have been going here for pedicures and manicures for a couple years. I don't typically review places, but I have had so many bad experiences with this place lately. I will not be going back. I showed up this morning at 9:30 which is when they advertise to open. No one arrived until 9:45, but since another woman was there before me, I had to wait. I was told someone would be there quickly. The one staff person stopped working twice to call his coworkers. I sat with my feet soaking for 45 minutes until 2 other people arrived. I then got the worst pedicure ever, she did not even actually rub my feet. She rubbed my calves for about 90 seconds each, and then painted my nails; the entire pedi lasted about 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time this staff person has not rubbed my feet, which to me is one of the best parts of the experience. The quality of this place keeps going down, but they keep raising prices. I don't like to complain and I like having a regular place to go, because in the beginning I always had a great experience here. I'll be finding a new regular spot from now on. read more

Unprofessional and rude!!! The worst customer service I have EVER received from any nail shop. I had my nails done on Friday and by Monday they were lifting. When I returned the owner had me wait an hour an half before asking me to return the following day. When I returned the following day, she realized she had to do my nails without being paid again, she then proceeded to tell me to return another day. By this point my patience was worn thin and I kindly asked her to return my money and I would go elsewhere. She raised her voice and began insulting me while having a shop full of customers. She insinuated that I was trying to receive something free. After going back and forth with her I chalked up the money as a loss. I will make sure to spread the word about the unprofessionalism of this business and how the owner speaks to her valued customers. Im certain she will loose more in business, than what would have been an easy resolution. Returning my money. I went in last week to check this place out for a full solar set with shellac. I went in one time about a year ago with a pleasant experience so I assumed id have the same nice experience.... Well no, not at all. It was completely dead with 2 workers. 1 at the nail station and 1 sitting on her phone at the pedicure station. And I'm not hating, it's slow I'd be relaxing too. I used the bathroom first thing when I got there, went to sit down at the nail station and trying to make friendly conversation with the lady she said.."mhmmm" "mhmm" with no eye contact while she's texting on her phone, I was sitting in the chair for okay maybe a minute but how unprofessional right?First red flag. Through the whole process there was an uncomfortable tense vibe with the nail tech. I don't know if I should take it personal or she could of been having a bad day I guess. I would try to make friendly conversation only to get an "uh huhh" or a "yeah". She didn't wanna explain the eyelash extension deal too me though I was interested. Didn't make eye contact, rushed through the nails, I was telling her how I liked the shape she did on me and trying to compliment her work, I told her how my last experience at another place I wasn't crazy about the shape and hers was nice.. She gave a quick chuckle and then said 'DONT COMPARE ME TO OTHER ONE' and she was serious. Like I was trying to give you a compliment lady. After that when the nails were done she said 45$ so I handed her my card and she stands up and says you don't have cash? And I'm like not enough to pay for it but I'll give you you're tip in cash. And she said "next time bring cash" no please no smile just dead serious. I was thinking as if I'll be coming back. I didn't even wanna leave her a tip and I honestly shouldn't have, but I did she had the audacity after I tipped to give me the "tell you're friends" spiel gave me her card.
