So imagine my frustration when I learn that her total is $137 so I call her while she's still at the salon and ask and she was told those prices online are just starting and basically incorrect. The prices never indicated start at which of it weren't the actual price it should've indicated that and then she said those are the prices for French on a pedicure when that's is also not what she chose and what's indicated. I think the lack of transparency in the pricing is wrong and honestly feel like they took advantage of her. For most businesses the price that you list for your services on your website or booking page should be accurate it is your responsibility as a business owner to make sure it is and not mine as a customer. If something requested is an additional cost then I should be made aware BEFORE the services are provided. I will not allow anyone on my household to return and if asked if I recommend the answer is a resounding NO. I don't mind paying for services but I don't feel like I should overpay because your site doesn't accurately reflect the pricing and making it worse with a poor excuse, being flippant about it and not correcting it. I'm sure me no longer patronizing their business won't make a difference but I hope 1. They adjust the way they do business and 2. This doesn't happen to anyone else. The problem was that he deliberately pointed at me and was incredibly obvious with it. I've never felt so stupid and disrespected in my life. Whatever, I get past it. I ask for a dip nail on my big toe because I stubbed my toe and it broke off really low. She starts doing it and doesn't even ask me what shape I want and doesn't even look at my other toe to match it. She just goes in. It looks like a fat box. It doesn't match at all. I'm now going to have to get home tomorrow and spend the day filing it down because this woman who does nails all the time can't even do a simple thing like matching the shape of the other nails or at least attempt to.
