We walked into Jess and Eye just out of curiosity because the building and space are so appealing. We were warmly greeted inside by Jesse. Even though we didn't buy our current glasses there, he offered to clean our glasses in the amazing optiwash machine. His associate (sorry, didn't get his name) took our glasses, adjusted the frame, and returned them to us like new! All for no charge. I had the pleasure today to go to Jesse and Eye today for a new pair of sunglasses. I was greeted so nicely by Jesse himself and although he was busy with a client he referred me to James who was happy to help. Now I've been a mall sunglasses buyer for years out of convenience and what I thought affordability. That changed within minutes of meeting James. I showed him what I have worn for the past ten years and told him I needed an update. He scanned my face and immediately brought me a pair of glasses I loved. Now I wasn't 100% in so he brought me at least a dozen more that I really liked but believe it or not the first pair was it. They were exactly what I needed in style, material and price. They started with a 1926 bank building and created a stunning space including a grand piano, beautiful birds, sweet dog, gorgeous gifts, sexy eye glasses and the opportunity to spin the treasury wheel. Why did I visit this beautiful space? I was in need of that tiny winy screw that connects an arm to a sunglass lens. I was not looking for a pair of glasses. I was only looking for customer service for this screw. Guess what? Jessee said, "No problem. I can have this done by tomorrow afternoon". Not only was it done by the next day, it was tighter and cleaner that I brought in. Guess what? He would not accept any $$ for what he did. Really?
