The Avery staff are willing to work with me over changing apartment floor plans after 2 years of being here. They always respond to my emails and I really appreciate that. I took pictures of everything so when I move out they can't tell me that I left the apartment dirty because I came into a dirty apartment. I had to bleach the yellow bathtub, deep wash and vacuum the carpet and wiped the whole bottom walls. Whoever used to live there was a dirty and disgusting person maybe but when they left, the apartment didn't care enough to properly cleaned the whole apartment or change what's already look bad, they only "semi renovated" the kitchen part. Too late to move out now but definitely not gonna recommend anyone to move here. Not worth the price!!

I can point to at least three apartments where people smoke marijuana in a non-smoking building. Every time I come in the office she smiles, greets me with kindness. Larissa has impeccable follow-through no matter how small or large the concern is. When I voice a concern I feel like I am being listened to and from past experience with Lorissa I know that it will be attended to. I will either receive an email of the result, or physically see it. As a resident at Cypress Gardens for the past year I have had many encounters with all of the staff and management. In each and every conversation and request the service has been top notch! It goes without saying, that Lorissa is highly professional in her position, and takes great pride in doing a great job providing excellent service to the residents of Cypress Gardens. About a week ago we found a large amount of black mold in our guest bedroom... I hired a company to do third party testing so make sure it would be safe to cut out while still living here... Normally it wouldn't be an issue but with my wife being pregnant and having a young daughter I wanted to make sure there were no health concerns. The leasing office tried to break in without my consent (2 times) to start the work before the test results came back. I asked over and over for them to wait a day, which they threw a fit over. Instead, they gave me a 2 day notice to leave otherwise they would go the "eviction" route. In case anyone tries to move into the TH2110, largest and most expensive unit at Gramercy, make sure all the mold has been removed from the upstairs: Bedrooms, closets and bathrooms.

Erin provided us a date for the work to begin, and the crew showed up as scheduled. After two long days of very physical but technical work the crew was finished. My yard is now beautiful. No more dead grass under our shade trees, the ground is smooth and uniform, and Southern Turf went above and beyond the promises made. Thank goodness my door was locked because this review could've been much worse! Maintenance has gone into my apartment without giving me any notice more than once. But of course, when I actually put a maintenance request in, they simply don't show up. There needs to be cameras in the parking garage as I have almost been hit by cars and I have watched someone almost spin out with how fast they turn the corners. During the hottest months of the year, the pool has been green and unkept. This is not a luxury apartment to say the very least. This place is horrible and unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone.
