I had to bleach the yellow bathtub, deep wash and vacuum the carpet and wiped the whole bottom walls. Whoever used to live there was a dirty and disgusting person maybe but when they left, the apartment didn't care enough to properly cleaned the whole apartment or change what's already look bad, they only "semi renovated" the kitchen part. She is very professional, attentive to one's needs and very punctual! If she says she will do something- it gets done. I had applied and was in the process of signing a lease at another apartment when I toured Bexley and met Kensie. I was so impressed with both her professionalism and her timeliness on things (tour, application, approval, move-in) that I switched to Bexley and moved in. The staff in office is a complete reflection of Kensie, too! K. is amazing and has helped me with everything from a-z and all the other front office employees are great. I recommend this property based on how it is run, location, price to value, and amenities. The amenities at Bexley from gym, to computer room, to activity room, to hot tub and pool are top notch!

Every time I come in the office she smiles, greets me with kindness. Larissa has impeccable follow-through no matter how small or large the concern is. When I voice a concern I feel like I am being listened to and from past experience with Lorissa I know that it will be attended to. I will either receive an email of the result, or physically see it. As a resident at Cypress Gardens for the past year I have had many encounters with all of the staff and management. In each and every conversation and request the service has been top notch! It goes without saying, that Lorissa is highly professional in her position, and takes great pride in doing a great job providing excellent service to the residents of Cypress Gardens. We were close to having our landscaping company build it. I'm really glad we brought in a specialist instead. Mark came out, measured both areas, picked the one he thought worked best, showed me the design, and asked what I wanted. I told him: tough, hard to play, something that simulates real golf. That's what we got. Letting Mark design it the way he thought was best was the right call. The customer service was incredible. The pool company had left the drain area unfinished, so Mark drove to Lowe's, picked up a drain cover, and came back to finish it himself. He even updated where the irrigation should run to make it a fun, usable four-hole green. That level of attention to detail, not just letting things slide, was consistent throughout. We also had them install artificial turf in the other area. With young kids, Mark thought about details I wouldn't have, making sure it was soft underfoot and wouldn't get too hot. He really listened. He came back a week later for a walk-through and cleaned up the edges to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the end product is so much fun. The green is tricky. You have to get the pace and angle right. I'm pretty sure one of the holes is impossible, but maybe that's just my golf game. So glad we brought in a specialist. The work from Mark and the team has been amazing

Thank goodness my door was locked because this review could've been much worse! Maintenance has gone into my apartment without giving me any notice more than once. But of course, when I actually put a maintenance request in, they simply don't show up. There needs to be cameras in the parking garage as I have almost been hit by cars and I have watched someone almost spin out with how fast they turn the corners. During the hottest months of the year, the pool has been green and unkept. This is not a luxury apartment to say the very least. This place is horrible and unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone.
