First and foremost, in my opinion, a property or place is only as good as its staff. And this place is run VERY, VERY WELL. The Propert Manager Kensie is as good as it gets. She is very professional, attentive to one's needs and very punctual! If she says she will do something- it gets done. I had applied and was in the process of signing a lease at another apartment when I toured Bexley and met Kensie. I was so impressed with both her professionalism and her timeliness on things (tour, application, approval, move-in) that I switched to Bexley and moved in. The staff in office is a complete reflection of Kensie, too! K. is amazing and has helped me with everything from a-z and all the other front office employees are great. I recommend this property based on how it is run, location, price to value, and amenities. It was fine, but at some point, they started ignoring noise complaints, like loud music or excessive barking. In my building, there's a dog or even two in almost every single apartment. I can point to at least three apartments where people smoke marijuana in a non-smoking building. So if you're a person with a dog, a love of loud music, and the smell of marijuana, this is the place for you. If you just want some peace and quiet during your few hours away from work, I'd recommend avoiding this place. I don't even mention the dog excrement people clean off their patios once a month. read more

I m very disappointed in my experience to moving in to a new unit, I've been a resident for 4 years living in deafferents apartments, the key was suppose to gave it to me on March 21/2025 at 10 am . It was given it to me almost a 5pm on that Day, the apartment wasn't ready very dusty everywhere the bathroom was gross I couldn't take a shower the washer and dryer didn't work properly, I m very disappointed with the managing, very poor customer service, its been very stressful experience. the office should offer me a couple of month of my contract. I m planning to escalade the complain, this is not right, its a discriminatory way to treat people by the office manager because I m not very fluent in English, I was helped by Asley the person who speak Spanish at the office. read more

3rd time in 6 months, hot water system broke and there's completely no hot water going into the night. The staff in the office is rude and refused to tell me if they are going to be working on it after hours. That means they are not planning on fixing it until at least the next day, if we are lucky. The previous time hot water system went down, it took them almost a week to fix. If you are looking for an apartment, do yourself a favor, don't come to this miserablely maintained place. read more

The apartments are ok. There are a LOT of cars throughout the complex with no plates and/or expired registration. Many do not even have the temporary paper plates. There are groups of guys who seem to be working on these cars, and they can get kind of loud talking or blasting music. Perhaps the complex could at least run the VIN numbers to make sure they are not stolen. read more

We moved in a couple months ago and really liked the complex at first. We did have issues at move in with the cleanliness of the apartment. We had to submit a maintenance order for the issues noted on our move-in assessment because the "make-ready" team was behind. We have issues that were never addressed (Pink Mold/Mildew in the shower, etc). My biggest complaint now is that our cars have been broken into TWICE while in the parking lot/carport. When I call the office, they say, "oh yeah someone else had this happen too" and when I ask what the plan is to help security, there is no plan. There is no plan for additional lighting in the parking areas, no additional security, fencing, anything. No apologies, empathy, or concern for the safety of their tenants, just blank stares. read more

The people are super quiet and nice, the pool is great, & it's super convenient being right in the middle of town with quick trip across the street & an HEB 2 min down the road. I would definitely recommend. The only complaint I had was my AC unit kept going out because it was old and some of the maintenance guys would only temporarily "fix" it so it was annoying during summer time but overall I loved it here. read more

Bexley has recently added a new team, and it shows. The winter storm in January was hugely impactful for pretty much everyone in the region. After the immediate issues - water/power - were resolved, I went about my regular day to day. I did not notice any larger issues like flooding. A few months passed and one day noticed some mold in my closet. Upon further exploration, I realized there was significant mold growing all along the inside wall and along the baseboard of the closet. I immediately reported it, and it turned out to be a tiny leak inside the wall. Unfortunately, I did not feel cared for by the management. I was told I was on a waiting list, estimates from various teams were needed, inspections, recordings, feasibility of who can do it, insurance estimates, etc... on and on and on. This lasted several months, so I felt like I was simply given the run around. Not long ago, I was introduced to the new property manager - Kensey. Huge kudo's to her, because after all the perceived carelessness from the previous team, Kensey had my closet inspected, estimated, prepped, fixed, and finished within less than TWO WEEKS. I am talking demolition, rebuild, fresh coat of paint, sanded, smoothed, finished, everything... :) Finding out that Kensey is the new property manager makes sense. This change in team is glaring and very much appreciated. Keep up the good work Kensey. You are a huge asset to Bexley and thank you! read more

This review is for the experience I had with Dana and Cassidy in their leasing office. As a prospective new resident, I had A LOT of questions. These ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable in a new apartment. Even though my circumstances and choice did change (due to what's going on in the world and making adjustment to working more from home,) I highly recommend you work alongside these folks. The property is beautiful, the local area impeccable and it is close to shopping. Most of all, some leasing offices make you feel unimportant and undervalued. The fact that the upstairs people could care less about being rude and loud all hours and cops have been called and yet nothing has changed makes me glad we won't be renewing the lease. I don't even know where to begin. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I was super excited moving into this apartment. I previously lived in a different Bexley location for three years and loved it, and thought it could only get better because these were newer buildings. Right when I moved in we had an upstairs neighbor that was allowing his dogs to stay on his patio all day and then would rinse their URINE off his patio and into our yard. It happened every other day if not every day. Got on my patio furniture, my grill, and MY DOGS. I brought it up to management multiple times and nothing was done until the neighbor finally moved out. The community had a rat problem for a while, they were running through my yard and onto my patio. On two separate occasions I even found one in my grill when attempting to cook dinner. I haven't had a fully functioning dishwasher or dryer in SIX MONTHS. On three separate occasions when reaching out directly to management I was told to just change the soap that I use in my dishwasher. The soap doesn't dispense to begin with and even after running a cycle three times my dishes are dirty. Our dryer randomly turns off. I was told it should be fixed before new years. I called again this week and was told they still didn't have the part and still haven't heard anything new. I've even emailed corporate twice about my issues and have not gotten any response from them. I pay a good amount of money and I am not getting what I pay for. Do not move here. read more

Update: Had an issue with someone parking in front of our garage that we pay for & there isn't a "complex attendant" on duty after hours so no one was able to help us. Really annoying. Some of the staff live here so I'm confused as to how there's no one available Jeez these reviews are bad!! I've l since April & so far I love it. If I have a maintenance issue it gets resolved the day of or the day after...amazingly quick!! The apartments are beautiful, hallways are always clean & the office staff are all friendly. The parking situation sucks but that's why you pay for a spot, or have a garage like we do. Seems like it's some people's first time living in an apartment lol of the course the guest parking spots fill up fast! My fiancé and I had a great experience with Bexley at Lakeline. We actually went to two different other Bexley's that had amazing customer service as well. Bexley at Lakeline fit us in on very short notice and still provide us with quality information. They even fit us in on a holiday during COVID-19. Sophie was very helpful letting us know all of our options and showing us around. We ended up applying for a unit and excited to move in with our 2 dogs in July. We are moving from the domain and getting the same square footage for $100's cheaper. We are excited to enjoy the dog parks, pool, nice gym and sand volleyball! read more

I've lived at Bexley at Lakeline for 3 years. When my family and I moved in the cost of rent was great and the community was really nice and quiet. They have community events which is really nice. When you put in a maintenance order they always come & that was really great. The only real issue I had was the water I mean I have never lived somewhere with so many water issues the water was not getting hot and the pressure was really low. I had to make a video and send it to the front office to show them the pressure! Apparently they run off a water boiler system. For months we we're literally taking lukewarm showers couldn't even fill up the tub because of the pressure being so low. Finally once I sent them the video they had maintenance come the same day. The water finally was hot and we could finally see steam on the mirrors it was really nice. So here we are 3 years in & we are having the same issue. The water is so inconsistent it's absolutely ridiculous. Here to say we are excited to be moving out because the amount that they are asking for rent is not worth paying when we can't have consistent nice water. Also, not having access to the amenities since May 2023 and paying the same rent is a SCAM. I feel like tenants should get a discount when the amenities such as the clubhouse and gym are not available for over a certain timeframe. read more

We are about to move out after having lived here for 4 months. No, we are not moving out because of a bad experience. We only planned to live in Austin for 4 months. In fact, we are sad to leave Bexley! The apartments are very nice, the layout is great and the price is AMAZING (says someone from the SF bay area...). It is quiet, I feel safe, and I find my neighbors very respectful. The maintenance staff has been quick to address any issues and they perform routine maintenance in the apartment (change air filters and fire alarm batteries). I have never lived in a community that is so proactive in caring about their units. I also greatly appreciate the leasing staff. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them, even over stressful issues. They offer great events and amenities to the residents! The location is great and it is a nice community to live in. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would most definitely stay. read more

I have lived at the Bexley for over a year now and it has been the best Apts I've ever lived in. The staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance is top notch and always take care of anything you need within 24-48 hours depending on the urgency. They always know what they are doing and treat you and your home with respect. This is more then just an apt complex to me. It is a home. I'm so glad I chose to live here and I plan on staying a long time. So I have lived here for 2 leasing contracts of about 16 months each. My first apt was in building 5. The view was great and did not have any issues other than the neighbors would leave trash outside the door, and I am not talking 1 or 2 bags till they walk down to the trach can, I am talking about a weeks' worth. I don't think I need to tell you that in the summer time it did not smell great. They do now have a trash service now so that is fixed other than half the people are leaving the trash cans in front of the door. My second part of my stay is in building 12. This stay is not good at all. I have told the front office a number of times every time someone pulls into or out of the garage my whole apartment vibrates. It is very annoying. They have told me three times that they are putting a ticket in on it. UMMM OKAY. The overturn in the front office has changed I think about 4 times during my stay here so far. Out of the three that are in the front office currently I would say only one is nice and friendly. The other two not so much. I am at the point now I will not go in the office at all unless I need to. When you get a package that does not fit into the package container UPS or whoever you get a package from will sometimes leave it in the office. If you don't know you have a package coming you will never know you have one. No one ever tells you that you have a package waiting for you. Well, wait once. One time someone told me that I had a package up front but that was it. Color and the apartment décor is horrible!! Who paints the doors poop brown?? The doors and trim are dark poop brown?? If you like to take warm or hot showers you are better off turning on the water and go out to eat and come back and at that point the water might be warm. It takes forever for the water to get warm. Pool area, is nice it has never been closed they keep it clean and always running, but then again that is not handled by the front office, ha!! I have also noticed that I have never seen a member of management ever walk the property to look around at what is going on. So to sum this up I would not move here again nor would I suggest for anyone else to move here. For the price and what you get go look around I know you will find a better place. People that do not even live here just come in to use the pool as if it was public. It's always packed with non residents. Very annoying! I had nothing but issues at this property in the 2 years I was there. The property staff was constantly changing. I think while I was there, the property manager changed at least 4 times, staff more frequently and most issues with the apartment I took care of myself. They have a "noise disturbance" policy for tenants which was NEVER enforced and I was constantly having to call in disturbances which were never addressed. A new female neighbor moved in above me (months prior to me leaving) that constantly was waking me up out of a sound sleep at all hours of the night. I complained to the office numerous times without any action taken. I tried getting out of my lease but would have had to pay for every month until my lease was up plus rent on a new place. I suffered through to the end of my lease and was happy to get out of there. In those 2 years I noted everything that was wrong and not addressed - dates, times, names, etc - and ended up with about 16 pages of complaints/issues never handled. I'll be sending that list to the owners (Weinstein Properties) in Virginia and they can deal with this as they wish. I'm guessing nothing will be done. Initially my apartment was affordable and somewhat nice but after 3 months things started to go wrong and over time, escalated. The current property manager, Jordan (a female), is totally rude, doesn't listen or want to listen to complaints filed (which by the way you have to file online), and doesn't do anything about anything around there. Policies for tenants (which are in writing) are NOT followed through by the office staff when complaints are filed, the pool is often closed, dog poop is all over, the landscaper company does a poor job, the package center has been broken into several times, the mail center often is overflowing with discarded junk mail, barking dogs at all hours of the night, and so much more. If you want quiet, do NOT rent here. If you're a party animal, knock yourself out. Oh...the shock was when it came to a lease renewal (which I definitely wasn't doing) was $300 more PER MONTH - truly excessive! OH...and you're charged $28 for "valet" trash removal (which does not include recyclables) when you can literally walk outside your door and walk to the corner "trash center". There are multiple trash centers throughout the property steps away from everyone's door yet this is a fee you can't get removed from your "additional costs" to your monthly rent. I've lived at many apartment complexes in my life and I must say this was the WORST! read more

I'll start off this review by saying we enjoyed living here for the 18 months. We just moved out on December 14. We were the first ones to live in the unit. Be prepared to have a huge bill upon move out. First charge was $150 for apartment deep clean. That's fine. Then they charged us $300 for carpet. This did not need to happen. No spills, no stains, frequent vacuums, and steam cleaned before move out. Not to mention large rugs covering majority of carpet. Last charge was $260 to resurface shower floor?? Get out of here! I've rented at apartments since college and I have never seen this before! The "deep clean" easily should have taken care of cleaning a shower. This management team was just looking for anything to stick it to us. $700+??? Still waiting for management to reply about this robbery. read more

I appreciate the staff at this property. They're always courteous and attentive (Kayla is great!). I've had minimal maintenance issues since living here about 6 months, and the couple of orders put in were taken care of quickly. I transferred from a sister property in the south (Bexley 3Five). When comparing the two properties the biggest key takeaway is location - Bexley Lakeline is right next door to a mall, a plethora of other stores, and easier access on the roads. This place unrealisticly unfair. I lived there 7 months from the 9 months rent period because I traveled a lot. I'm very clean person so I kept my tight all the time. I moved from Bexley at Anderson mill lived there 3 years or so never had issues. So when I moving out I ask the inspection before I drop the key off. He told me the apartment look great no charge will be on it. So I get my peace and all the sudden they charged me for carpet cleaning+scrub+ stretch around $50. This is the excuse the vendor told them that one bedroom carpet need it! ???? Really??? The office manager said they professionals really guess what I'm in the same business so stop b.lls...t did you even check the carpet what they cleaning??? Oh by the way your maintenance guys unprofessional too they blow my dryer went in am over my apartment!! I saw them walk through on my carpet with dirty shoes so how I believe the mess end up from them not from me!! This is my question if your vendor tell you jump you so that!!! Lo2018 December 21st. My current property @Bexley Lakeline. Awesome. Yes I have challenges The way I see my/your/future residents staff here @Bexley Lakeline. Willing to train new management to work with current management. I have noticed 2 or 3 promotions in my time here @Bexley Lakeline. Great work to those being promoted from Property Management to Regional Management. Awesome. I am not sure but one property manager went back to being a full time mom and educator to their children. Unsure though. Don't know about any being fired. Leasing Consultants. Awesome work to all they do to meet my issues and needs @Lakeline. SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. Open. WOW. Just times vary. Meaning opening hours. Who doesn't need a break? Some have come to get additional training or to get initial training in the consultating and viewing homes. Either or those women and men have worked hard and diligently to be very professional. And as quickly to maintain current residents needs and future residents needs. My opinion. And with much pressure I assume. Maintaince Team..... This I also can only type of my own experience. Steady is a one word. That I say about the men and women on the maintenance team. Awesome is another. I like to learn. When I am able and free from my own work responsibilities. The maintenance team has helped me understand some stuff that I will need when I become a homeowner. Again as like leasing Consultants. They are Working hard and diligently it seems to me to get my requests and the property grounds looking great for day viewers and potential new neighbors/residents. Residents... Wonderful is the word. To the ones I know well. To the ones I see in passing. Seem very cool but very busy at building there own creative careers. Which is very inspiring and inspirational. Hope that wherever each of us go in the future that it goes well for all your friends and families and co workers and mine family too. May all be well though out the years. Finally, these are my experiences no one else. When I first moved into Bexley at Lakeline back in April 2018 I requested one of the Monarch units. I was guaranteed by management that since none were available at that time that I would be put on a waitlist and I would be notified when one became available. This is the only reason I decided to live here in the first place. I have checked in with the office several times over the last year about the waitlist for a Monarch unit and every time I received the same answer that I am the next person on the waitlist and I will be notified when one becomes available. The last time I visited the office I was told that a Monarch unit recently became available but they gave it to someone else. When I asked about the waitlist and why I wasn't notified that the unit was available I found out that I was never added to any waitlist, and that there is no such thing as a waitlist for current residents. Even more, I was told that it isn't their policy to inform current residents when any of their other units are available and I should just check their website. So basically I was lied to and deceived from the beginning and strung along with false information. The worst part is they won't do anything about it; it's like they don't even care. Talk about terrible customer experience. This is a really poor way to treat your renters and I am extremely disappointed in how they have handled all this and the overall lack of professionalism, integrity, and honesty. read more

My daughter has been a resident at the complex for 4 years paying on time. She recently has experienced dating violence with two former boyfriends that have been stalking her. This was brought to the attention of the staff and an appointment was set to meet with the property manager, Cate Carlsen to discuss options of a possible transfer. The appointment was set for today at 4pm to allow Ms. Carlsen time to familiarize herself with the issue and concerns with my daughters safety. I emailed Bexley several different report numbers of incidents that have occurred as well as pictures of the persons harassing my daughter one of those who is living directly behind her apartment who is not on the current lease. Also proof of communication with the detective handling the case was emailed to Bexley as well. When meeting with Ms. Carlsen my daughter and I explained in detail of what has been going on since July. We also advised her we are in the process of obtaining a restraining order. After hearing of the stalking, harassing and slashing of tires as well as the beatings my daughter has endured. Ms. Carlsen simply stated, very matter of fact, That unfortunately she could not help my daughter with a transfer due to an eviction has already started since 12/20/2020, something my daughter or myself were not aware of. I am listed on the lease as well. When we asked Ms. Carlsen about the deferment that my daughter has applied for due to Covid-19 and my daughter being unemployed because of it and already on a payment plan, Ms. Carlsen stated she knew nothing of this. Ms. Carlsen stated several times that she was the new property manager. I advised Ms. Carlsen that she was very insensitive to the issue due to after my daughter and myself explaining the dangerous situation, the only thing she did was threatened an eviction and offer no help at all. My daughter even asked her if she paid the balance due if she could qualify for the transfer. Ms. Carlsen stated she could not because in order to qualify for the transfer my daughter should have made 6 monthly on time payments. My daughter has made her payments on time she is only behind due to Covid-19 and the deferment she is currently on and awaiting approval for another deferment that Ms. Carlsen conveniently has no knowledge of. After my daughter practically begged for her help advising her that she is in fear of her life, Ms. Carlsen's response was, "if I make an exception for one resident I will have to make it for everyone". My response was not everyone is a victim of Domestic Violence. Ms. Carlsen was very insensitive and not willing to help my daughter. She showed no emotion and simply did not care!! I cried and plead with her as well. I advised her and the staff in the lobby if anything happens to my daughter they will be held liable. read more

First this was The Lakeline West Apartment, We all know apartment complexes change their names because of the major problems and bad reviews that they can't recover because of all the issues with manintance and how poorly these buildings were built and poorly managed.the company was bought out by the bexley, And since I been here the management change frequently. Only thing that improved was the email communication about missing dogs and cats. so I was very excited to move to my Brand new apartment, the finishes are lovely and the designs are very unique and give u a feel of a custom home "But" the cabinets are so thin and cheap Ikea material which last only 2 years, I had constant repairs for the cabinetry and the sink not being sealed properly, for one the building is not leveled My island is slightly tilted so everything thing I prep to cook rolls right off the granite, Also when I wash dishes the water will run to the edge and creates a puddle of water. The dishwasher is so loud u can't even watch tv in your living room.The doors slams all day because they are no cushions or restraints on the doors, so u will hear your neighbor doors slamming all day and night.Parking Parking Parking is the Worsttttttttttttttt it is sooooo bad I work nights and when I come home I have to park at the "HEB" and walk 6 min to my apartment, there is noooo guest parking!!!!! They have broken cars sitting out here for months which forces the ppl that live here can't even park, of course we tell the office, their favorite words" We Will Look Into It". Next the roof, when I first moved in my roof leaked and took them 6 times over two months to fix, also the ventilation for the bathroom flaps and make a bing flapping noise every time the winds blows, they had to cover the venalation pipes on the roof and disconnect my fan because they can't fix it. So they just disconnect it. It will also be nice if the 24 hour business center actually works, the printer is always down and the computers work sometimes. There are no time limits so if u really need the business center u can't access it because of the kids that play games or Facebook for hours. And they don't even have a fax machine you have to hunt down a attendee to do so. Last But Not Least Are The Dogs if you loving walking on dog feces and into dog piss in the hallways this is your spot, these apt have yards which are nice but the neighbors keep their dogs unattended on the patios alll the time the dogs bark constantly all night and morning" The Worst" you can't even walk to your apt with out being attacked by wild lose dogs that are not leased or trained, I have complained serval times about the dogs of they said " We Will Look Into It" 3 months nothing has Change the dogs are more out of control and the owners of the dogs don't care about you or your peace of mind, I have complaint servals times to the office, they responce is what u want us too do!!!Well what I did was got a attorney, ------------------This Place Is In Violation of the Law "Quiet Enjoyment" if anyone else are having these same issues feel free to contact me so I can refer you to my attorney so u won't have to deal with the same issues as me!!! -----------FYI my new apartment complex is "The Micheal At Presido " if your paying 1200-1400 you will want to have peace of mind!!! I am a current resident and I am very dissatisfied. You can literally hear everything that is going on outside of your apartment. EVERY DOOR THAT CLOSES, CAR THAT DRIVES BY, PERSON THAT TALKS ETC. They are also not easy to get ahold of. I have called them several times and they never answered the phone. Their hours say 12-5 on Sat and Sun and last Sunday they were closed and today, they closed before 4:30. I am so sick of them and their lack of care for their residents. These apartments are great! I've lived here for a year and the office staff are very kind and welcoming. Carla made me feel so welcome, especially with my husband out of town for a period of time. Jeremy always responds as soon as possible when I come to him with any issues. The apartments don't have as many unnecessary restrictions, like others do. The location is very nice along with the pool and the clubhouse. We rented the clubhouse for my granddaughter's 16th birthday and it was very fun. They were very open to us enjoying ourselves and hanging out for quite some time. I love these apartments and I think it's a great place to live! Thank you so much everyone. read more

Love this complex! Front desk is always helpful and the maintenance team is so sweet! Complex is always clean has a great pool, gym, volleyball court, and even has bike up front for you to take out! They will even take care of any parking problems we seem to have! It's the best apartments I've ever lived at and I'm very happy with them! read more

some of these reviews make me wonder if its just the tenant and not the apartment. We just moved in, second floor, pool side view building 1. This place is like a resort!!!! The Grounds are freaking gorgeous and clean! The atmosphere is so welcoming and warming. VERY QUIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... again we live in front of the pool, and the pool is full all day long, but we cant hear anything! its that quiet and relaxing. The floor plans are amazing with hard floors. It keeps us from having to run the ac, so it will help save money. The front desk as well as other residents are extremely nice. On our first day here we already had 3 of our neighbors stop and introduce themselves... We also already had 2 issues prior to moving in, and they came the next day to correct it. We moved from a hell hole of 6 years to this luxury apartment and have never been more happier.!!!! no issues with parking which is awesome! They give you a carport when you move in so there should be no issues with parking if you already have a spot- so there should be no reason to complain. At least they provide you with a covered spot, It saves me about $300 for one- I was gonna get one, so thank you bexley! The 24 hour business office is great! I was frantic to print something the last minute and it took less than 5... NOT ONCE have I seen any stray dogs. So don't let these reviews stray you from the amazing place!!!! read more

We haven't moved in yet, that's a few days away but so far, so great. We were very well received in both offices, East and West. Jeremy Mullens worked with us and was very professional, efficient, sharp, and kind. Jen is lovely as well though we only met her briefly. The models are in the leasing office, how brilliant! We were so happy to save time not having to do the golf cart tour! We were instead able to spend our time going over more important considerations. It's a big decision choosing where one is going to live, especially at our age (young 50's). Jeremy is patient and very thorough! We're excited about our beautiful brand new apartment. As for the negative comments on the East (this property has two communities, side by side, East and West), the office staff is not rude! One must consider how we treat people before condemning others for how we are treated? We witnessed folks walking in with that "entitled attitude" with snarky remarks and yet the staff member remained poised and polite. We're looking forward to living there for several years. I will update once we move in and have enjoyed our apt for a month or two! read more

My husband and I moved here when they first opened up, the apartments were brand new with all new appliances, so very nice and up to date and also the amenities were very appealing. Once we officially were settled in, we tried our heat and it didn't work. Not a problem because the old staff was right on top of things to get it fixed(Carla was GREAT!) But FYI the ac/heat is LOUD when it comes on and while it's running. Short after we noticed that the apartments were done very quickly and cheap. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing and saying! Let's not forget above, it gets worse. We can hear them stomping around and even "doing the business"! We are now under new management and let me tell you they are not the brightest. Now let me get on the club house area and gym. The gym is never organized, every time I go to workout the equipment is scattered everywhere and benches are blocking certain areas. This makes me wonder if the equipment is even being cleaned! Now, the club house has computers, tv's and a pool table all in the same area, makes no sense. When people are actually doing work etc they are being disturbed by loud obnoxious people yelling, cursing, and playing loud music. Is this really what your community is?! Guest parking is ALWAYS full & apparently now you are limited to what you can have on your balcony. Trust me people, save your money. It's not worth it. We are leaving once our lease is up!
