She knew I was a little apprehensive so she kept me talking and seemed very genuine when she asked me questions about my kids, and life etc. As she worked she asked me what I thought and made sure that's what I wanted. Very sweet girl. When she was done I asked her to add a little volume to the top of my flat head and without hesitation she did that and once she was all done, I LOVED it! Very happy with Charlotte who by the way added me to her Monday schedule when it's super difficult to find someone! Also very happy with Jenn who was very prompt in returning my email. She also worked with my schedule because I work nights and I need the latest appointment available so I'm sure she had to coordinate with Charlotte. I had to change one of my choices because I went out on a date with my husband and she was sweet telling me to have a great night with him. She could have just ignored that but she chose to add a little bit of personality to what could have been a very impersonal email. That says a lot to me.
