I showed the picture of what I wanted and it was all good until the reveal. The first thing I noticed was that she cut it way too short. I asked for an inch off (and showed her the desired length). She cut off 2-2.5 inches. I could've told her right then and there, but there's nothing she could've done at that point. My hair was already gone. The color is beautiful, but it's not what I showed her. I quickly got over it, but It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the stark line between my light brown roots and the blonde. Planning on going to the store to pick up some root touch up to fix it myself. Lastly, and the most upsetting, is the price. Usually this costs $100 at most. However, I was charged nearly $200. I wouldn't have minded so much if she did a good job, but there were just too many mistakes to justify spending that much money. The people are so nice and good company, but I have to be honest: she didn't do a great job, and the price was just horrible...
