Not worth the $, had to manage the cleaners to do it thorough, and was disappointed in the level of cleanliness they found acceptable.

Call Verde Cleaning the day before moving out of my Condo. They completely re-worked their schedule so they could work me in. Two ladies showed up the next morning at 8 am and cleaned the place top to bottom, they even swept out garage. Condo was cleanest it ever had been. Everything was very clean and what I was hoping for. Making the appointment was easy and painless. Although the two cleaners were very nice, the "deep cleaning" I paid for in early October was overpriced and most definitely not "deep". I'm an easygoing person and not usually one who complains. Specifics that I had mentioned on the phone before the cleaning day, however, were ignored. Worst of all, an item was damaged and restitution was not made, despite a feeble attempt on Verde's part, costing me almost $200 more out of pocket to get a replacement. They didn't show up for first cleaning. I had to call them and they came hours later. I requested a nine o'clock time slot and they came at 10:30 or 8a. Second and third cleaning missed a lot because they were in a hurry to get to the next house. I emailed to get the so called guaranteed work done right and got an email the day before I was expecting them to come clean for my guest that we weren't a good fit and they canceled all future service. read more
