Had to threaten a lawsuit to get out of contract because the other place did such a bad job and didn't take care of the issues we were paying them for. The products they use to deter pests are not only superior and effective, but they are environmentally friendly - safe around your little ones and furry friends. I am always given clear instructions to allow the spray to dry up before letting pets and kids roam (usually about 20 minutes or so). I've used their services for about a year and would recommend them over all others. They have been responsive during times of increased pest activity and their routine services are timely and effective (for my needs where I stay, I typically have them come by quarterly during the cold months and monthly when it's warmer). I had an ant invasion recently and had used Terminix. Terminix gave me a two week out schedule for service even after I begged for emergency service. I called Verde and they came next day. I started my search for a company to treat a tenant's rat problem with appointments for five estimates. Ray was the only one to both show up and then provide a written estimate. The visit was very thorough and he showed me every spot that needed to be addressed. The estimate was very detailed and accurately described all the steps he would take to eliminate the problem. Ray then showed up on time for four subsequent appointments to check traps, refill bait, and block entry points. He told me he likes to continue with once-a-month service but would not require me to sign a contract for that service. I thought his four-week service was very reasonable and actually expected about triple the cost! Overall, a very personable guy with a lot of good, detailed information and great service. It seems the rat problem has been eliminated but, if they return, I will only call Ray! Ive been having troubles with gophers living in valley center. They are killing hundreds of dollars of landscape. I've had one of the top big gopher exterminators come out for a quote. They were horrible, they were late, he seemed shot out and hated his job and wanted an arm and a leg to Do the job and said it would be multi times he would have to come out. I ended up finding Ray and getting a appt set. He came out and was VERY professional and knowledgeable about what needed to get done. All I can say is WOW!! I am extremely impressed with how Ray & the Verde team were able to jump into action when I was having a fly infestation crisis!! Yesterday I noticed my apartment was infested with flies so my boyfriend immediately called the Verde team even though the office had already closed for the day, however Ray still picked up the phone & was willing to help us! My lady discovered a fly problem we were having while I was on shift (firefighter) and by problem I mean an infestation. Hundreds of flies had hatched and were flying all over the apartment. It was clear just a few fly traps wasn't going to cut; I had called around to a few companies, it being so late in the day no one was answering. After the 4th company website I called Verde (website said they were already closed for the day) and to my surprise Ray still answered. I spoke and explained the issue at my apartment and how my lady was mad stressed and overwhelmed with it all, add on the fact that I wasn't going to be off shift for another day and half. Ray told me not to worry and that he'd get over ASAP the next day to take a look and get a spray going. He showed up, was extremely professional/respectful and made her feel reassured that he'd be able to take care of the issue. I've been having a spider and other pest problem outside my house and have been stung and bitten several times recently causing allergic reactions. It's nice to not have bugs and spiders anymore. Rodent control has been comforting to know we are not letting them get out of control too. We've learned it works best to keep the service going.
