They were very effective with rodent treatment and were able to get someone to come out within a coupla days. The person who came was knowledgeable and showed signs of rodent activity and wheee they were coming into the house. I reached out on Thursday night about a suspected rodent issue in my walls and I received a reply within a couple minutes from Eric. I called on a Saturday in the afternoon when I had bees migrating & taking over a wine barrel I went onto Yelp & looked for places & Eric replied to me first & was able to get out same day which I was so grateful for being the day before Easter & me having guests over to be next day including small children not to mention my 4 dogs needing to be able to go outside to go potty without being swarmed by bees. Few weeks ago I woke up to a pile of dirt in my grass (backyard). Upon inspection I saw a cute little gopher peaking at me as it's creating a condo under my garden. I tried to capture and release the humane way but it was impossible! So after day 3 and several holes in the back yard, I began contacting local companies to see who can come out. I had rats in my attic that were chewing through wiring and insulation and generally making a horrible smelly mess. I got an initial quote from Calico that was substantially higher than two others who offered the same service of cleaning out the old insulation, screening in all the access points, sanitizing everything and installing new insulation. When I showed Eric one of the estimates that was lower he offered to match the price and take off $100. I agreed to use Calico because he seemed to have the best idea of exactly what needed to be done and they could do it right away. Noah and his crew of two men did an awesome job especially considering it is August and the attic must have been over 100 degrees. They went over the entire roof looking for holes to be screened. They cleaned out all the old smelly insulation, bagged it and took it all away. They installed better quality insulation than I originally had and fixed some electrical cables that had the insulation chewed off. The entire job was done in 3 days and there is a 2 year warranty. I'm glad I went with Calico but it pays to shop around and determine what the proper prize should be. read more

He told me he'd get back to me with his next availability and asked me to text him photos and a video of the issue in the meantime. I did exactly that--and then... nothing.
