So much I'm disappointed with. They made huge changes and none of it benefits the customer. Every month you get outside treatment but if you want interior service you have to call and schedule for a separate day (it used to be the same day). The issue is I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I keep leaving voicemails and NO ONE gets back to me to even schedule. What am I paying for? Also, they are using AI to handle customer phone calls which is insane. Signed one year contract based off the great reviews. Waited few months and continued to see spiders. Wasn't happy with the quality of service. Getting a hold of them to cancel took some effort. Easy to call as a new customer but anything else good luck lol. Anyway I'm stuck with a 300 dollar cancellation fee. We spent A LOT of money with this company, they came out every week for almost 2 months.. yet we still have rodents under the house, in the garage, and now inside the heating ducts under the house, and all the other places we found them originally. Im so disappointed with this company. After 33 years in the termite and pest control industry I decided to hire another company since I retired. The first technician that came out (Mikey) was really nice, he spent time looking for access points. He came out for a few weeks. However the second guy they sent out the following weeks was absolutely was clueless. He showed up, didn't say anything, he went into the side gate, I came outside 5 minutes later and he was gone. What's a simple pest management because I had roaches in my apartment building they came every month for 10 months to try and help me with my Roach problem. They gave me a really good price that stay locked in each service. I can see the Roach is starting to decrease but overall there's still a few roaches left, but I'm happy with my service and how well they conducted themselves like professional professionals. read more

Service was great! Not many places can treat an infestation in your car. I parked next to an ant hill with tree sap all over my car, and bam, the ants moved in. I was immediately referred to simple pest management from another company that didn't offer car services for infestation, and they came in clutch. We had another pest company helping us before. The guy was very nice but he frequently talked us out of doing additional services instead of wanting to work with us. When it came to a specific issue with flying ants, he wanted to debate me on whether they were flying ants or termites, even though my termite company had already stated they were flying ants. We've been using Simple Pest for about 3 years now and have had a whole lineup of technicians--kind of like a rotating cast of pest-fighting Avengers. One of them was even named Michael Jordan. That stood out. British guy, though--so not much of a baller, by his own admission. Our current tech is Ty, and he's great. Actually, all of them have been great, which is saying something in this line of work. Ty came by yesterday, arrived right at the start of the 3-5pm window (we love a punctual service tech), and wrapped everything up in under 20 minutes. He treated both inside and outside thoroughly, and gave helpful tips on keeping our doggos safe while everything dried. We've been happy with Simple Pest year after year and plan to stick with them for the long haul--hopefully with no bugs or pests, but plenty of Ty. read more
