For the last month, I've been getting a lot of bites on my body and I went to the doctor and they thought it might be some kind of mite. so I called pinpoint pest control and they came out and he searched and searched and finally found a bird nest up in my eaves that was abandoned that had lots of bird mites in it and sprayed the whole area and killed them. it totally took care of my problem. It was a pleasure to have Troy inspect my house for termites yesterday. He was very polite and explained everything to me.

On May 14, Michael came to check out the water bugs we had on our rental property. He did a thorough search inside and around the home perimeter. He let us know what kind of bugs we have how to treat them and what to anticipate if they do outdoor pest treatment. Our main concern was the sewage hole in the garage and he helped us check it all out. I get grossed out with that kind of stuff so it was nice that someone came and answered all our questions, especially because we have two rabbits in the dog we have to be very delicate with this process. This guy really knows his stuff and was nice. Highly recommend. He had these pheromone pop-up tents for the bugs to see what kind of bugs are there and recommended a bait for ants and another thing for silverfish. Nope. Paid 250 for gopher elimination.. they come out twice. Once to lay everything out traps, poison under ground etc. Didnt get the gopher. Came out again and did the poison underground thing. I wasnt comfortable having anything sprinkled on top supposedly safe or not bc i have pets. Gopher is alive and digging up the yard. There is zero accountability on the company part. Beyond those two visits, whether they get the gopher or not, you have to pay to have them come back out. It is 100$ each time after the two... deeply disappointed and they are expensive. They get 2 stars bc the kid was pleasant who came out. Do not recommend this business. read more

Our neighbor recommended Pinpoint Pest Control so we had them come out for treatment around the house. They were not pushy. The person I spoke with on the phone educated me on the area and the pests that could be a problem, including what is used to spray. (I was looking for something with the least amount of toxins.) They came out to do an estimate to give us an idea of what they could do before we make an appointment for service. During the service, they sweep the cobwebs and sprayed around the home. They guarantee their work for a month. We opted to try them out for a one-time treatment since we hadn't seen anything in the past year but figured we should. If the bugs increased, we would sign up for a plan. There were a few more pests that popped up before the month was up and they came out again to spray. With all the information they gave me and wonderful service, we definitely will be using them again. read more
