For the last month, I've been getting a lot of bites on my body and I went to the doctor and they thought it might be some kind of mite. so I called pinpoint pest control and they came out and he searched and searched and finally found a bird nest up in my eaves that was abandoned that had lots of bird mites in it and sprayed the whole area and killed them. it totally took care of my problem. On May 14, Michael came to check out the water bugs we had on our rental property. He did a thorough search inside and around the home perimeter. He let us know what kind of bugs we have how to treat them and what to anticipate if they do outdoor pest treatment. Our main concern was the sewage hole in the garage and he helped us check it all out. I get grossed out with that kind of stuff so it was nice that someone came and answered all our questions, especially because we have two rabbits in the dog we have to be very delicate with this process. This guy really knows his stuff and was nice. Highly recommend. He had these pheromone pop-up tents for the bugs to see what kind of bugs are there and recommended a bait for ants and another thing for silverfish. Nope. Paid 250 for gopher elimination.. they come out twice. Once to lay everything out traps, poison under ground etc. Didnt get the gopher. Came out again and did the poison underground thing. I wasnt comfortable having anything sprinkled on top supposedly safe or not bc i have pets. Gopher is alive and digging up the yard. There is zero accountability on the company part. Beyond those two visits, whether they get the gopher or not, you have to pay to have them come back out. It is 100$ each time after the two... deeply disappointed and they are expensive. They get 2 stars bc the kid was pleasant who came out. Do not recommend this business. read more
