What a place from the beautiful, clean, modern office, to the receptionists, to the assistant to the Dr.,Genisis and especially DR. CARLOS! He took his time with us, explaining what he would have to do for Sparky, and explained that it was not our fault. It's just something that happens to older smaller dogs. Sparky needs to come back for surgery in July where he will be under anesthesia, to get a deep cleaning of his teeth and will probably have a couple teeth pulled. The second time, nothing was further than the truth. it took him almost 10 days to get reacclimated, came back in a depressed state, growled when I touched it or picked him up, I've never seen anything quite liked yet since I owned him for five years. The staff seems friendly enough and the facilities clean. I just don't know what happened with this last time, I'm probably going to look into Rover or a similar service.

My dog had the most beautiful and soft coat ever and they literally ruined it, see the picture for yourself (how she was and how she is now). Other places with professional groomers would just use scissors to do that (they obviously don't know what they are doing) I thought it was very obvious that you're not supposed to shave a double coated dog. (She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal...
