At no point during the call did anyone ask whether the order was for carryout or dine-in. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't eat inside because the order had been entered as "to go." After I questioned this, we were told we could eat outside, but we would be charged to do so. We were also told we would be charged for the pizza boxes and would be responsible for taking our own trash with us. I've never experienced anything like this at a pizza restaurant. The lack of communication and the unexpected policies made for a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
