Had ordered this pizza for take out and it was excellent! Haven't had good cheese pizza like this in a good minute. So glad I finally tried it after always passing by it every time I'm in this area. Service was quick and the food was fresh and hot. I can't comment much on ambiance because I took my order to go but it seemed chill and casual. read more

Both pastas were so delicious and quite filling. Very excellent food with such warmth to it. Place felt very homey which made the experience more comfortable. The doughnuts were absolutely amazing with such a good texture. The cannoli and tiramisu were also so tasty. Tiramisu definitely had a taste of the liquor that the recipe calls for, that many restaurants don't add which added quite a nice touch. read more

I love a good pizza spot and when my husband and I recently moved to the area we decided to check this place out. I will say over the last few months. My family and I stayed at the Omni Championgate Hotel yesterday. We placed an order for two XL pizzas; the Margarita: I've had better and the pepperoni was pretty good. We also ordered a large garden salad and a caprese salad. My main reason for the 3 stars is that we were not provided paper plates, napkins or utensils for the salad. Sorry not acceptable. read more

In the area for work, after a long day we were starving! I found this on Yelp and it looked good. Glad we stopped in, the pizza was yummy. Good flavor and crispy crust. The garlic knots were suggested by the server, they were super yummy. The marinara sauce was really good I thought. The food is legit everything I've ordered from them so far has been fantastic. Ignore the Karen complaining about nothing. When I went there they treated me with respect and were very accommodating. The pizza is authentic and I will definitely go back. I found my pizza joint in my area and thank god it's only a couple of blocks away. read more

This pizza does not disappoint. Incredible flavor and equally awesome service. The taste is truly unique, which I'm sure has a lot to do with the New York water system they use in house. And the garlic knots with red sauce are a must. I haven't dined in yet since I usually order carryout, but the ambiance looks cozy and inviting. It's not a large space, but it has a great vibe, including a small bar with a TV. I'd definitely love to come back and eat in sometime. Overall, a great spot. read more

I've been here twice. The first time, I was greeted warmly by someone that seemed like the manager or owner. Middle aged, shorter. Extremely nice and told me all about the restaurant. All their water comes from New York. That's why it's so good. That day I ordered the Bianca with extra cheese. I got it home not knowing the sauce was white. Flavor was pretty darn good, crust was definitely on the floppy/soggy side a little. Tonight, I got a regular pizza with pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. Crust was again a little too floppy. It could very well be because of the extra cheese so further tests are needed. I'm giving this place 5 stars because the flavor is absolutely stupendous and the service is quick and friendly. Ignore all less than stellar reviews. We're hardcore foodies and this place is outstanding. The service rivals the food in quality. Good pizza! I was in the area doing an IT audit and had been craving pizza for days. Found this place in Google maps and decided to give it a try. I got a large half Eataly and half Cheesesteak. Not bad! The crust was good, it had the right amount of sauce and toppings. It was reasonably priced as well (for the area). I will probably go back if I'm in the area and try one of their Calzones. read more

I recently called to inquire about shrimp scampi. The gentleman who answered was very quick to state that they do not make that dish. When I asked about the difference between shrimp scampi and what they do offer, he redirected me by suggesting I go to Olive Garden. His response and tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When I mentioned possibly reaching out to Janet about his behavior, he responded by saying, *"I'm the manager and I talk to the owner too."* Instead of addressing my question or listening to my concern, he continued to talk over me and eventually hung up. I was taken aback by this experience. A business can succeed with average food if the service is excellent, or with excellent food despite average service--but poor customer service diminishes both. In this case, the manager chose to use his position of authority to dismiss me as a customer rather than make an effort to understand my inquiry. read more

Delicious pizza, seasoned wings, crinkly fries and a bottle of wine. It was the perfect combination for an impromptu date night. I haven't had pizza like this in a long, long, time. My wife and I were returning to our home in Tampa from Orlando, and stopped in for a bite. We've passed this place so many times that it makes me sad we've missed all those delicious meals! They have this New York water system that I've seen elsewhere and always assumed was a gimmick, but after tasting their garlic knots and pizza dough, I am convinced it's the real deal. The place is pretty small, but in a comfortable, super casual sort of way. A couple bar seats around the sizeable counter, maybe tables for 25 people inside and another 30 outside. The look is pretty nice without being pretentious. The menu has a decent selection of pizzas, and quite a few pasta and other entree options. They also have a gelato bar which looks amazing. I can't rave enough about the pizza. The dough is absolutely incredible. If you're one of the people who never eats the crust, this will be a huge mistake at Pronto Eataly. The toppings are also high quality and delicious. Seriously, the best pizza you'll ever enjoy. From now on this place will be a routine stop anytime we're in the area. I highly recommend it to anyone. read more

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Upon entry ,it has a full bar and about 10 tables. We sat right away, and our waiter was quick to get drinks and take our order. Busy table and take aways and after eating there, we know why! Had two lunch specials. 2 slices of pizza with one topping and lunch size spaghetti and meatballs. Being from NY, you are kind of a pizza snob and I have to say, it was very good. Great crust, cheese and topping. The spaghetti and meatballs were equally delicious. So... the only reason for 4 stars is the price per slice; However.... I had a great time! This place has the personality of a large restaurant with miniscule square footage. They say if you like NYC pizza, this is your place. Colonel Ingus is not from NYC. The Colonel cannot give the "messy face of happiness" award because Colonel Ingus prefers to get it on with a sexy Sicilian pizza. So, this ISN'T a negative review. Pronto Pizza.... I can't give a long review because we ordered take out, but I can give a solid review of the pizza. Five stars. Authentic New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia genre pizza. Good undercarriage. Fresh and high quality ingredients, including the cheese (it was not greasy and cheap like some pizza). The people running the place were awesome on the phone and in person picking up. Looked like a nice place to hang out. Great food and people! Very close to the Omni (under five minutes) if you're staying there. read more

There is no "atmosphere," just really good food run by some nice guys. I ordered the garlic knots and alfredo dipping sauce for a lunch. I was afraid there wouldn't ben enough sauce, but there was so much I added a slice of cheese pizza. Total for food, soda and tip was $20. The slice of pizza was only $3. Also, the fountain soda was $2.50. I was afraid at that price they would charge for each refill. These guys are from NYC and I experienced that up north, but no. Free refills. If I lived closer to Champions Gate, I would definitely return often. read more

We got there are 8:30pm and we were told they couldn't take our order to eat there only to go. Note the restaurant closes at 9:30pm on Sunday according to the website. It was just two of us. We normally like ordering pizza from here, I have placed good reviews and now I'm disappointed of the service received. read more

We called Uber eats, they said the pizza was dropped off on Highway 27. Neither PJ nor UE could tell us what happened with the pizza. The manager at PJ said the driver never called or returned the pizza. The driver didn't call us either. After sending an email complaint, the same evening, the PJ manager lied and said he called us and UE to try and resolve the situation. There was no record that he called us. And, if he tried to call us, why didn't he say that he called us, when we called and said no person called. Ultimately, we disputed the charge and our money was refunded and I ended up cooking dinner (sad face). Shameful. The PJ manager is a liar. The UE driver is a thief. The customer had to cook...smh.
