I went into the store downtown there was a gentleman I believe his name was Mike he was super nice he looked at my phone and said yes it would work with AT&t. Everything was set to go I needed to come down the next day and finish the transaction. Once I got there Mike was off a lady representative came up I told her why I was there. She told me that she was unable to look up to see if my phone was unlocked, that was the reason I had to return the next day cuz it had been unlocked it by then. So she said her nor the four other gentlemen working there could do that. She told me I could return and have Mike do it the next day. I got pretty upset because I knew out of those five people somebody could help me so suddenly she knew how to do it it all came back to her just like that. Two of the five employees spoke to me and were extremely rude and very unhelpful. And even though my phone would work with AT&t the day before now my phone wouldn't work and I'd have to buy a brand new one off them. What a joke. If you only have one employee that's willing to put forth effort out of how me you have working there you got a huge problem huge!!!!! So i pull up to retrieve my phone and get the hell outta dodge, am i right? The officers "apparently" found 1tb of CP and the locations of "3" "dead" kids... on my phone... I had spent weeks researching different plans, providers, etc.. only to be left with more questions. I had been with AT&T since the beginning of time and was tired of the contract, not to mention the fees and my monthly payment of $175 (2 IPhones). Chris was such a huge help. He set us up with H20 Wireless, which is still basically AT&T they just contract out the lines or whatever. Anyway, we purchased two new Blu smartphones (which we love), unlimited talk, text, and data on both lines for $50ea. per month. No more contracts and no more overages. Now, we can pay monthly, quarterly, yearly, whatever we choose not what AT&T chooses.

Received an email saying the shipment was delivered but device missing. after calling them to check on they status , they shared a staged a video of some one with a hoodie delivering the shipment and being received by celltek receiver . video also showed the clerk opening the box with no device found . This is well orchestrated fraud . Please stay from these frauds at all cost. A formal fraud complaint against these people is being filed
