Popped into the store to see about a $700 promo on the phones trade in and Juan assisted me. He was kind, courteous, respectful and professional. Most importantly was patient. He assisted with 2 trade ins for my parents and helped us seamlessly upgrades both lines and transferring data from one to the next. We walked out with 2 activated iPhone 13 Pro Max at a steal! It was a great interaction and painless as we all want. I always get great service there so I highly recommend them. Will definitely be going there again soon for my phone :) read more

I don't usually go to this location because of issues in the past. (4-5 years ago) but I came to this location on Sunday for a new iPhone 11 Pro Max added on my line. And the new iPad Pro. I worked with Juan and he was really good, and fast. He gave us all the information we needed about the new phone and iPad. Let us know the promotion about the iPad Nd let us know how we could lower the cost when we pick it up. Which is always useful. Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone else. Verizon sent me here to pay my bill in person since they can't do it online -- i cancelled my account months ago and still receiving bills. latest one is $7. but they WILL report you to the credit agencies so i want to take care of it. they can't find my account on the phone but somehow expect a corporate store to be able to handle it. Came here looking to get my own phone plan after being on my fathers. Worked with Abby, she explained my options, decided to go with getting a new phone number and trading in my Iphone 8. Went with the Iphone 12, 5g unlimited plan. I made the mistake of not backing up my phone beforehand and she took the time to do it over Icloud with me. She even ended up staying later than she was supposed to so everything was set up for me. A day or so after getting my new phone and plan Abby gave me a call to check in and make sure I was happy with everything! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new phone or plan. read more

Beware!!!! will tell you what you want to hear, terrible manager response. manager made believe he took care of my overcharge on my bill. still overcharged next month, manager said he could not call on my behalf, I needed to call personally. After 1+ hours on phone with verizon got some overcharges credited (insurance that I did not ask for) not all credited either. but monthly bill still $20 more monthly than promised!!! I want to give this store zero stars, but you can't . Sales person told me anything I want to hear to get my business. What a mistake got ripped.off. went there to try and fix.the problem the man I spoke with said there.is no manager today. but I will have.him call you tomorrow. Avoid this place....they are dishonest and shady. They always rotate salespeople and there isn't a 'Manager' to resolve problem. Can you say "Bait and switch"? Ordered 2 iPhone 6 while trading in 2 older iPhones - was told that the ONLY charge would be the activation fee and 2 year commitment - no other charges at all. I confirmed this with the rep and he told me that they would take my 2 phones in trade and give me credit - simple and easy......so I thought. When the phones come in, I pick them up and am told by a different rep that I have to pay $240 per phone and I will get a credit from Verizon. After expressing my complete dissatisfaction, another rep. came over and basically called me a liar saying the original rep. wouldn't say that. When asked about a Manager, was told that there really isn't a Manager there. Additionally, I was promised a call from the original rep. - that hasn't happened (shock there). Unfortunately this isn't the only shady experience with this location - 2 weeks prior ex-wife went in for a simple phone and they signed her up for a 2 year deal without consent - then tried to say it wasn't the case - thankfully she had a witness. I have bought a few phones here, the service is good. Although I do sometimes get the feeling they will do whatever they can to get a sale. They are a sales company so this to some degree is to be expected. There are many kiosks inside staffed by one person, ususally a young man dressed up nice in a suit and tie. The place is gorgeous and I gave them three stars for the decor and for service. read more

So it's very important to note that these guys aren't Verizon and do not have access to any of Verizon's own systems. Accordingly, they end up being pretty useless for anything other than selling phones. Unfortunately these guys lack any and all technical knowledge - making them useless for prescribing appropriate devices and services. Combine those attributes and you get a pretty frustrating experience. Save yourself time and money, and just go to a Verizon store. read more

I am going to make this simple by saying that the Auburn Verizon store messed up my plan when I purchased a phone and wouldn't fix it. I was told to call Customer Service instead, so I went to the Verizon in North Grafton and they were helpful, knowledgable and fixed all the problems I had. Worst service ever, purchased a new LGv20 phone, started to randomly shut down and restart after 1 day, brought it back 2 times and they should have replaced it. Finally when the 3rd time 15 days after I purchased I demanded they replace it. They said it was one day to late and said I had to contact the real Verizon people, who said they would replace it with a refurbished phone. So I spend 700 bucks for a phone that was defect after 2 weeks, will never go to a non Verizon store again, they suck. Will never buy a new phone again!!!!! read more

My initial contact with this store (NOT owned by Verizon, but an "authorized retailer" although you can't tell that from the outside of the store) was very satisfactory in obtaining an upgrade to my old iPhone and later in adding a second phone. However, at the time we added the second phone we also purchased a special deal, a tablet. Regular price $100, bargain price only $50! Well actually it was $100 and we would get a rebate check. The clerk filled out all the rebate paperwork, handed it to us with an envelope and told us to mail it in and wait for the rebate. No rebate. There was something missing on the paperwork that was found only on the (now thrown-away) box. After 6 weeks use we concluded the tablet was crap. No features, slow as anything, might as well have an abacus. I returned to the store to cancel the service and return the tablet. Sorry, a (different) clerk said. Only Verizon Wireless Customer Service can cancel the service. Called them up. Surprise! There's a $170 cancellation fee since the true retail value of the tablet was $249 and we had gotten it at a sale price with a 2-year commitment! No mention of the true retail price, the 2 year commitment, etc. So I'm stuck paying the connection fee for the next 21 months OR can pay the $170 cancellation fee. I can't wait to tell everyone NEVER to go here. read more

Let me start off by saying this is not a Verizon Store, it's a reseller. If there's one thing I can't stand it is being LIED to. I pre-ordered a new phone, and was provided the tracking number by Verizon. The phone was delivered today at 1:30PM and was signed for by someone named Kahale. I show up after work to pickup my new phone and am informed, he can't sell me one, they won't receive them until Friday and don't have any in the store. Friday, I would hope you get them before Friday, that's the official release date. You don't have them, ah, HELLO, I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER that shows it was delivered today. I left in frustration, called Verizon Wireless and yes they are allowed to pre-release the phone. The VZ Wireless guy called the store but they wouldn't budge. The sales rep in the store gets on the phone with me and LIES again, saying they are not allowed to release the phone's early, only the big Verizon retailers can do that. Last time I checked, Best Buy is a re-seller and if I pre-ordered with Best Buy, I could of picked it up on Monday. Looking at most of the other Yelp ratings, they are just as bad as mine. It's best if you stay away from this store of crooked deceptive liars. They probably would screw up my unlimited data plan too. read more

I was looking for my first smart phone and figured I'd be in for a rocky experience because it was a whole new world I was getting into. I did some research and knew what phone I wanted but little else. I decided to go to the Verizon store seeking someone with experience and wisdom. That is exactly what I found in Eric. Easy going, patient and understanding was not what I was expecting to find but this young man had all that and more. Seemed his main objective was to put me into exactly what fit me. As I explained how and where I would be using the phone, Eric knew what I would need to make learning and using my new phone easy. The accessories I purchased fit the devise, and my needs, seamlessly. I've had a few weeks to use and play with the phone and decided to send him a text to thank him and inquire about an accessory that was out of stock and harder than normal to find. When he called me back in a half hour, (that's right...called, not text) not only did he remember who I was but the item I wanted was already in route from another store and I could pick it up the next day. With service like this, why look anywhere else. With people like Eric, it's no wonder why Verizon is number one. read more

Not a real verizon and the "Manager" John grainey was a liar and they charged me much more for all my products then the real verizon did. They are basically used car salesmen. Dont go there. Send them anywhere but a Cellularsales store. The one on gold star blvd is aslo one. And if you go there they ask for you social security number and then save it in there computers where anyone can get at it. read more

I had the best experience at this store. Joe Riley provided the best customer experience...he was patient, explained everything about my new plan, showed me different phone options and really helped me make a decision on a new phone purchase! He worked with me for several hours and was just great! He transferred everything from my old phone to new and made the whole thing seamless. He showed me how to use the new phone and all the new features. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends. Verizon should be proud to have Joe Riley as an employee. After posting my review I was contacted by the Corporate office of Cellular Sales and within a day, I had back my money.

I went to the Auburn MA Cellular Sales and was helped by one of the reps, Bashir. Bashir assisted in selling a new Samsung Galaxy S8 that was under a few promotions and also had a mail-in rebate program for the old LG that we had. Long story short, we purchased the phone under the impression that we were getting a $200+ mail in rebate for our old phone for a Father's Day special. A week later we tried to complete the rebate online and could not get it. We went back into the store for assistance and luckily we did this. The same rep, Bashir, told us that unfortunately we didn't qualify for the $200+ dollar mail in rebate and it was because he was unaware of some "fine print" in the contract details. That rebate was a main deciding factor on purchasing the phone in the first place. So basically he gave us two options; return the phone, or bite the bullet on the $200. We pushed back because this was TERRIBLE quality of service and shady sales tactics. He then let us know that he was going to try to help us since this was his fault (he should know the contract details inside and out) by finding a phone to "trade in" which was very nice and we appreciated that. However, the rebate for that phone might not post before the 14 day return period ends for us to be able to fully return the new S8 without incurring a cost. I simply asked for that 14-day window to be extended and Basir said no. So now, if the "rebate" does not post before Friday morning, we will be switching providers and service and also NEVER recommend the Auburn MA Cellular Sales to anyone ever again. Verizon, or Cellular Sales, if you actually read and care about your customers experience feel free to reach out to me. I'd be happy to explain more about this situation.
