Avoid if you don't like paying for undisclosed charges before approving them, the sign out front says Verizon, they have the Verizon color theme but they are not actually Verizon, I got charged for a SIM card for a phone I had just ordered from Verizon but they didn't say they were going to charge me for it, they were like oh it just needs a eSIM and a second later my phone was working, I thought that was it and then the girl was like let me ring you up and I thought that is odd I did t buy anything, maybe it's just a receipt that they helped me activate my phone. Keep in mind I paid the $35 activation fee online when I bought the phone, then she was like it'll be 20 dollars, I was like for what? That's when she said to put a sim in the phone and I was like it's supposed to come with one I bought it from Verizon, that's when she was like you didn't buy it from us, if you had bought it here then there is no charge. They are just a reseller so they will nickel and dime you for anything and everything that you could otherwise get as just part of your service at an actual Verizon store. It's not even a lot of money it's the fact that she didn't say that she would charge me to do it, I would've said no problem but to just be charged without even disclosing how much it was going to be beforehand is not good business. There's an actual Verizon store not 10 minutes away. Avoid this place and their shady mall kiosk sales practices. read more

Customer service after they get your money for a new phone sucks. Bought a new phone after one day it stopped working. Went into this store and was told I needed a new SIM card. The salesman got me a new card and was in the process of installing it when we realized he was going to be on hold with Verizon customer service to long for his liking. So he told me I had to go to a corporate store. I am at the corporate store right now and it's an hour wait. When I bought my new phone the salesman told me my bill would be $115 a month. ( showed me on his computer screen) now that I am home I find out it's going to be $225 a month. Once this store gets your money they no longer want to help you. What a difference a year makes, bought some equipment and extra chargers here and the selling point was the warranty, if if have any issues just bring it in. Well according to your employees at your location is just a retailer and not the manufacturer so if I have a problem with a charger that I bought at this location I ha e to call Verizon or venter. This is why I usually only shop at corporate locations cause at these so called authorized dealers you get rude untrained reps that like to read of scripts. If they would have cared about my concerns I might have just bought another one but when you say that it's now only 30 days warranty and I have to jeep the receipt and the box, forget it......lost another one. read more

If I could have given less then 1 star I would have. Never buy from this store, do not buy from or even deal with the manager Alex. He has promised me for a month now to correct my account that he charged 3 lines and 3 devices too without consent. Even though being aware of the issues he created he has given every reason in the book not to correct his mistake. I was charged over 500 dollars on items that I do not possess. He has come across as helpful then when he hangs up from you he does absolutely nothing to correct his error. After several attempts to contact him by both myself and Verizon he continues to evade dealing with this issue. I don't know what else to do except warn others of this store and its practices of charging someone's account and do nothing to fix it. read more
