Called to tell the GM (Rusty) about this, to which Rusty replied by gaslighting and blaming me for his associates mistake. Went to another store location (near Golden) as a result. The GM at the Golden location confirmed how awful the GM for this location is (Rusty). Will be filing a complaint read more

I went into this store after a very bad experience with another T-Mobile earlier that day. When I walked in Josh began to help me, he was informative with what I would be getting from T-Mobile service wise, what deals they had that I was eligible for, and overall he was just really nice and open. I ended up trading in my phone and upgrading in an hour! I would recommend going to this store if you are in the Denver area. read more

Great customer service. The staff is attentive, helpful and not (car salesman) pushy at all. The manager work with us to port over two numbers and handle our specific requests for the new account. This is a corporate location, too. I suggest you visit this store instead of the California Street location, as you get helped way quicker without waiting on line until you are a senior citizen. read more

After many hours of trying to resolve an issue since switching to T-Mobile less than two weeks ago, I was instructed by customer service to go to the store for a new Sim card. The guys working at the store literally did not want to help me. All I needed was a Sim card and I did ask him if he would look at the problem to make sure that that's what I needed. We got to the point where he was going to put a Sim card in my phone and then he said "I need to pull up the account," and he said I was not on the account which was a lie. He didn't even go through any other steps to try to verify that, including sending a one time pin to my husband who told me that I was authorized user. They again informed me incorrectly that my husband would have to come in person with his drivers license to the store to verify his identity. They basically turned me away we're completely unhelpful and also did weird things with my phone in the few minutes that I was in the store like turn off my face ID and didn't tell me what they were doing with my phone. I am mediately called customer service on my way home and they confirmed that I am an authorized user and that these guys at the store I could've sent her one time pin to my husband if they didn't know how to look at the account properly and see that I was. I highly recommend you avoid going to this store at all costs. they are unhelpful they lie. I'm pretty sure they were messing with me, and I have filed a formal complaint with T-Mobile against the store. Avoid and go anywhere else in the city if you have to go to a Retail location. read more

Poor customer service, with uneducated/uninformed sales associates. I've been to this Tmobile store twice now in one week, and have received two completely different prices for the same phone on my same account with the same plan. And both sales associates were pushy, sarcastic, and unprofessional --wanting to swipe my card first, explain to me later. This cannot be how Tmobile trains its employees. I hold high respect for the company, but have no more patience for this store. First I was told about hefty migration fees my account would incur. Second time I was told nothing about migration fees but instead about a necessary change to my plan that would give me less data per month but would cost me $5 more per month. I'm only a lawyer, but that kind of math just doesn't make sense. I telephoned an out-of-state store in Fishers, Indiana, and was greeted with the kind of friendliness one would expect to also receive here in Colorado. The Fishers Store gave me a full explanation of the changes to my account, and it turns out that neither of the employees here off Larimer was correct. It is quite unfortunate that I had to call out-of-state to get customer service. Out. Of. State. Until the associates here off Larimer are better trained, I would not recommend going into this store. Your time is valuable, like mine is, and this store will only waste it. read more

I went in with my fiance to get our service switched from Verizon. The man who helped us, Jordan, was so personable and helpful! He answered all of our questions, and was very patient with us. He offered us water, chatted with us while we were on hold with the activation service, and overall was fantastic at his job. He told us about a promo they were running, which saved us a few hundred bucks, and he even recommended things to do nearby when we were done! I also noticed while we were there that the second customer service rep was helping a rather grumpy customer who didn't want to pay the activation fee. He never lost his patience and was very kind and even-keeled even when the customer insisted that he was doing something wrong (he wasn't). Since we were opening a business account, it took a little longer than a normal activation, and the second customer service rep was able to see several customers, working through the backup (that we caused - sorry!) with ease. He also chatted with us when all the customers had been helped, and we would have been happy to have had him help us as well! Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service was - you never think you will walk into your cell provider and leave with anything but a new phone and a lighter wallet, but these guys changed our minds! read more

Her answers : - you pay online and don't come to the store . What if I didn't have money in my bank account ? - for general inquiries call the 1800 number instead Of gong to local stores -we don't fix phones , we sell phones only . read more

I wanted to get a new phone before this 8 nonsense occurs with Apple AND Samsung. I was heavily debating between the Edge and the Iphone 7. Darin gave me very factual, non bias information for me to arrive at my own decision. Not once did he push me in any certain direction, and even after a dilemma with my Jump upgrade occured, he stayed positive and excited to help. They almost screwed up a very important moment in my life, the guy was really friendly but he sold me the wrong plan! I told him many times that my gf and her mom were taking a tour of France, during which I was to meet up in Paris to propose. This was a fairly intricate plan, a reason i needed all three of us to have phones with texting, this should have been the simplest part of my plan. Instead, they loaded me up with three phones on the NORTH AMERICAN international plan, the one place I did NOT need these phones. My bill actually says "Ben Paris". I went to another t-mobile spot just before they left, which is when I found out this was the wrong plan, so I had a two hour window to figure out a workaround. I downloaded Whatsapp on all the phones, not the same as texting anywhere, but at least could communicate when they signed in to WiFi. Thankfully I thought of that, they almost ruined it all and I came up with a way to fix their screw up. read more
