UPDATE 2/6/6026 I called the customer service number provided in reply to my review. They still would not honor the deal sold to me and would offer me a "cell phone Accessory" for the salesperson lying to me. It is a definite theme that customer service does not exist in this organization. So basically, they can lie to get a sale, customer gets screwed but here's a cell phone accessory sold a package to me would not honor package sold to me when I went to pick up my phone. They even called the salesman that sold me the package and confirmed with him that is what he sold me. But they still would not honor it.......completely lied to me to get the sale on 2 phones, a watch and home internet. Completely useless. This is not a corporate store and the individuals working here have very little knowledge. Pointless. There is zero inventory. I'm locating a corporate store or returning online OR switching my very long term loyalty elsewhere as they couldn't help me with not one thing I went in for, including poor data much less upgrading my phone or reducing my costs. The store is NOT a Verizon corporate store! This company is a "autho vendor! They pay their salespeople $0/hr... 100% commission - give 0 days off (vacation/sick time) for the first whole year! (can barely get off for Dr/dentist appointments! Holds any commission hostage for 6 weeks before they are even paid out for any sales they did make! Terrible company to work for... unbelievable that this type of company is even legal! Will NEVER support such a crooked company! Do not go! Find a Cooperate Verizon store instead! read more

Myles Thacker was great! Helped me with transition to new Pixel 9 XL and worked to find a phone plan that saved my family some money in the process. Was courteous and willing to look up all the necessary information on my old plans to compare for me. Also answered all of my questions on my new phone so I could pick the right one for me. No push just helpful! I was dreading the process of phone upgrade and time in store but Myles made it easy! read more

Right as I walked in to the store with my shipping box and items I noticed a lot of employees. One of the workers had his feet up on a desk, one was helping a couple, another guy just walked out of the store went into a car and two other workers were chatting at a desk. Nobody acknowledged me they just looked at my infant in his car seat and I like nobody wanted to help me. After several blank stares from the employees in the store the guy that was outside in the car came in and asked how he could help me. I had explained to him that I had ordered a phone and case online and the wrong size was delivered. I asked if I could exchange it and was told that it's not a part of their inventory and they can't help me. I had called online several times before stopping in the store to try to fix the issue. I was transferred to several departments where no one could help. I asked the guy what am I suppose to do and was told again that they can't help me and that I have to call online again because of the inventory being different. I ended up calling again after I got home where after a long wait again was told that there are certain stores central kind/main stores that are able to do refunds for all products and that there are just retailer stores that just do the retail selling of the phones and products that they only stock. I wish the guy at the store could of informed that I could just go to the closest main store in greenfield and explained that his location was just a retailer store. Very unhelpful staff when there is an issue at hand. I work in retail and this was poor customer service. read more

After spending 2 hours to pick up my preordered iPhone 12 at Costco and getting Zero service, at Costco, with a cheap case and screen protector I went to this store. Amazing service and comfortable space. I bought an upgraded case and screen protector and wireless charger. Will definitely return with husband when he is ready to upgrade his iPhone read more

I went into this store to ask a simple question about my phone. The salesman answered it and then asked me if I was aware of the special trade in on phones. I had gotten an email so was familiar with the $800 trade in on the IPhone 13 so said yes. He said sit down and just let me show you what a great deal this. He then took a whiteboard, Drew a line down the center and on one side wrote the number I currently paid for my phone service. On the other side he wrote down some numbers which came out to $10 a month more with the trade in of my perfectly working iPhone 7. I thought that deal could not be passed up. He immediately went in the back room and grabbed a phone. He asked me for my Apple ID and immediately started transferring my data. In the meantime took me over to the cases to pick one out. He charged me $179 to transfer my data, for a new case and a screen saver. He asked for a credit card immediately to pay for this. He then gave me a paper to sign carefully folding it over as to hide the numbers from me. I did catch a glance at the numbers and told him it was not what he said. His response was that it would calculate at the end with the discount. Now I am pretty careful but also trusting when it comes to companies that I have done business with before and have never been scammed before. I guess my only excuse is that I spent the previous night across the street in the Emergency department of Froedert Hospital and was not my normal careful self. He put all my paperwork and empty boxes in a bag and handed it to me. He kept my good iPhone 7 as the trade in. Again, because I had been a customer with Verizon for about 20 years, I trusted them. A couple days later I was going to file the paperwork, and noticed that not only did he charge me full price for the phone but did not credit my trade in and kept my used phone. I cannot believe I was scammed from a company I thought was reputable but more so I can't believe I let them. I have called the salesman a couple of times but he will not return my calls. read more

My husband and I stopped at the Moorland Rd. Verizon store to upgrade our iPhones. Great, friendly service! Phil Rosen was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the transaction and understood the features of the new phone. read more

Had I known this wasn't a true Verizon store, I never would have gone here for my new phones. We were never told about a $35 set up fee. I've set phones up myself before and would have done so again had I been informed of the fee. We were told over the phone, to come in to the store to have the charge taken care of. We did that only to be told there is no manager and all of the higher ups were away at a wedding. We were told that the man we worked with, John-Mark, would call us to discuss the charge. He never called us back. We called him and left him a message a week or so later. We received a voice message stating there was nothing they could do. No offer of apology, no offer of anything. I can't believe this is how they are treating a long time, never late on payment customer! I contacted an actual Verizon customer service only to be told there was nothing they could do either. Why would you let people use your name and not offer help when they screw up?! read more
