So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now!
