Dishonest business..I took my friend to get a new phone there. The sales rep said that he was sure there would be no problem with the service and if there was to just return the phone in 30 days. He gave her a phone without a protective case and said it would come in the mail. The phone did not work. It was worse than the previous Metro PCS phone she had. Upon returning it they CHARGED her a RESTOCKING FEE! THIS PHONE WAS DEFECTIVE!!! YET they charged her. She is disabled and suffered for 2 weeks waiting to get a ride back to return the phone. Very uncompassionate and dishonest situation here.. read more

I went into the Verizon retail store on Silver Springs Blvd. in Ocala Fl yesterday, March 27th, believing our only cell phone had been stolen. Panic! A wonderful young man there, Benny Ricardo, offered to call our number and I returned to my car to listen for a ring. Relief...it rang and I was a able to locate it wedged down between the seats. Returning to the store to thank Bennie, he looked at my 10+ year old 3G basic flip phone and asked if I could give him a couple minutes to see about an upgrade. I explained we were extremely low income senior citizens and could not afford a smart phone or any additional extra costs. This professional, knowledgeable, kind hearted young man worked to find a way we could upgrade to a new better basic phone, yet keep our monthly bill just about where it had been for years. God bless him. Bennie has completely restored these two old seniors faith in customer service. He exemplifies it! While he was working to help me, another phone call came in from another customer. I listened to the polite, knowledgeable, considerate way he spoke to that customer...offering to meet them at their convenience at a location closer to their home. What a treasure this young man is to Verizon. 20 on a scale of 1 to 10! read more

I walked into the T-Mobile store at 3035 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 at 5:40. (Store hours are 10:00 - 8:00). I was greeted by a young man who said you just made it, we are closing. I stated I just needed to pick up my phone. After a short conversation about what phone, I had and what phone I was picking up. He went into the back room and came out saying my phone was not there. I showed him my text requesting that I pick up my phone at that store today. I asked him to check the computer. I was told the computers weren't for customer information they were for employees' personal use. He also said he was not able to access any records that would give him information on my phone. In the meantime, I was trying to call customer service to confirm a problem or verify delivery. The young man came back out of the storeroom and told me I would have to finish my call at home, they were closing. I asked if he could call a manager. No. Can you verify whether or not a delivery was made to this store today? No. I asked him what his name was. He stated he did not want to give it to me.

I would appreciate it if you guys updated y'all's hours for the holidays, like the day before…read morethanksgiving. I left work at 4:55, checked y'all's businesses hours which said nothing about closing at 5PM, it had y'all's regular hours 8:30am-7pm. Got there at 5:05pm & the doors were locked, mind y'all, it was 3 other customers & myself that were trying to get in, a lady came outside & said they closed at 5pm due to thanksgiving which makes no sense... So because of y'all not updating your hour i had to drive all the way down there for nothing, i was livid & still am as i'm typing this. Let me also mention that 2 weeks ago when i tried upgrading all 4 lines y'all were charging me $4000 when 3 phones had 1 payment left & my phone has $500 left to payoff which i was willing to pay off. BUT i was able to upgrade 2 phones for less than $350 but separate transactions... ridiculous. Oh & let me also mention how you guys sign us up for things we were never made aware of or even asked for. You guys signed me up for Verizon home device protection without asking & if it wasn't for me checking my bill a few days later after upgrading i would of never knew, i called to cancel & checked a day later & they never cancelled. It's actually still active as of right now, been calling & no one answers!!!

Verizon was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The workers know absolutely nothing and will guess at your bill always. My bill was never as promised and I was constantly calling to try and fix it and it was a nightmare. Sufficed to say I left Verizon just after 3 months because I couldn't take it anymore. I went to T-Mobile and the bill that they told me in store was the bill spot on! I will never ever ever touch Verizon for the rest of my life. I recently bought a new phone at this store. I waited less than 5 minutes! Greg was extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining my new phone to me and answering all of my questions. All of the employees seemed very customer focused.
