While the process was a bit long winded, Tommy and Greg were adept with getting the transfers complete from archaic phones to the newest/ best. It wasn't a "cake walk" by any stretch of the imagination, but Tommy and Greg were both persistent in finishing up the process. I know what store to go to next time when I upgrade my phone (hopefully I've learned my lesson and it won't be in another 6 years).
