She was very concerned over our situation and was extremely professional and helpful. She asked us to give her an opportunity to reach her manager and make it right. The next day she got back to us that we had been credited everything that was told to us that had been charged. We will be forever thankful for her and her dedication and caring of her customers. We have been using the AT&T on 41 for the last 20 years and only went to the new one on king's highway out of convenience but have found out that honorable and caring service is worth the drive. Can't say enough about Chandace and how absolutely awesome she is and grateful we are. She was turning a bad situation into a good one and is an asset to AT&T. We are glad she will be around for us in the near future.

The salesman told me that I had to transfer all of my data over by myself then proceeded to try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. I decided to go with the regular iPhone 12 which I do love. But unfortunately, while I was trying to transfer all of my data there was an issue that had a rise, and my phone was down For six hours. I had returned to the store quite unhappy and the salesman was trying to make a joke out of it. I did not offer much of a solution other than just transferring of my data. I had made a comment about the fact that my phone did not come with a wall plug and maybe he could help me out with that either by giving me one for free or discounting it for the fact of all the trouble that I went through. He continued to laugh and said there was nothing he could do.I will never return to the store. If I could give them a negative rating they would get a -10 star rating because this place absolutely sucks in the employee was horrible.
