Today she is working alone due to staff shortage. She acknowledged each customer as they came in and successfully handled up to 4 customers at a time. WOW! This gal needs a raise!!! They also deleted jobs off of my invoice and hoped I wouldn't notice. (Keep track of all your work for them) Their manager messes up and loses jobs for the company daily. They just say "well, she dropped the ball this time...." As much as she drops the ball she should be off the team but apparently the big boss in West Virginia is okay with her being a thief!! If you find another job and decide to leave their company they will not pay you the last 2 to 3 checks you are owed. The five star review on here is her not a customer!!! They are liars and thieves!!

(Also I can shop at the Towers mall which is right across the street...) Heather and the crew there are super nice people and seem very conscientious, and I have never had an issue with the quality of the work. Plus they have a drive-thru so you don't even have to get out of your car. I called Kay customer service in an attempt to hunt this ring down, but due to how old the item was they had some trouble identifying what store may actually still carry this ring. After contacting a short list of locations throughout the country, I found myself on the phone with my saving grace - Dante in Virginia. Dante was not only able to locate this ring in his store (and I'm not talking a walk to the front display case, I'm talking a full on search and rescue mission from the depths of a storage room), but made immediate arrangements to get the ring shipped to me in SAN FRANCISCO, CA. Dante's pleasant and professional efforts have lead to me finding the ring of my dreams of confidently being able to see it bedside every day sense.
