I signed up for service and new phones after being promised a $150 credit by the salesperson, Kamron. He told me it would be applied within 1-3 months, but here we are six months later and the credit was never honored. Really disappointing experience. This location is now my favorite Verizon place to go to for anything concerning my phone. My sister and I had horrible service at the Verizon store in the Forum. We've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, so the Forum location always assisted us. Donnie use to help us all the time at the Forum location for years. But here recently, i guess he moved back to Houston with his family and we were getting help by a guy name Austin. He was very condescending and looked like he didn't want to help us at all. So, we walked out. This is where we wanted to try our luck at the Schertz location. We're so happy we did because the staff was amazing. Ernesto helped my sister and I with her phone. Anthony helped my mom with her phone. Overall, the energy in this location was refreshing and light. Please give Anthony and Ernesto a raise. They now have 3 regulars who will come to the Schertz location because the forum location didn't want our business at all. read more

DO NOT go to this store. I bought a new phone based on being told I could get a $650 credit for my old phone. The new phone was paid for, activated and in my pocket when I was told my old phone wasn't eligible for any credit. I gave the new phone back and got a refund, but was still charged $45 plus tax in "non-refundable" fees. Cellular Sales refused to refund the amount. I was also charged $8.88/month for Verizon Cloud that I didn't ask for. I had to call the Cellular Sales 800# to get the $45 back and Verizon 800# to cancel Verizon Cloud. Took about 3 hours all together. I still have to call again next month to get the $35 activation fee refunded, can't do it till I receive next month's bill. In addition, my address is shown on the receipt as somebody with the same name in Ohio. I live in Texas. Buyer beware! read more

I went with my fiance to switch over her cell service and got completely screwed over. my little gummy bear was so devastated to find out she had an overpriced bill with 0 usage. never going to Verizon again Terrible experience and my fiancé was devastated. the Dude was nice at The store pretty sure he was just doing his job but the customer service is terrible. They don't understand her at and it's been a week on and off calls trying to resolve this issue. read more

I had to go in this store to get a personal cell phone since I'm retiring from my job that provided me with a work cell phone. Had the privilege of having Dustin, Store Manager, help me. He helped me pick the right phone and plan for my needs. Like I mentioned, I'm retiring so I am an older adult. Dustin transferred all my texts, apps, contacts and photos for me. Took him about 45 minutes. That would have taken me DAYS!!! Thanks to Dustin and Maggie for extraordinary customer service. read more

I would say worst customer service but that would indicate that I recieved service in the first place. I walked in about 2:10 pm on a Monday afternoon. A couple walked in before me and the gentleman who was assisting said he would be with me in a moment. Ten minutes go by and he tells me his co worker arrived and would be with me shortly. I waited another fifteen minutes and the co worker must have arrived and gone on another break bc still was not helped. read more

I cannot say enough good things about our Sales Associate Marliana Goodman. We came in to upgrade my sons phone, and left with 2 phones upgraded and our plan upgraded. Marliana is cute, fun, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. She was able to clearly lay out what we had and what we needed to make our plan, our phones, and our lives better. She spent a lot of time helping us and made sure that everything was just right before we left. If I owned a business I would have hired her on the spot. If you are at Verizon this girl needs a raise, a promotion, a trophy. If you are looking to make a transaction....ask for her. Sunday hours on door say they open at 11am. We are trying to upgrade my sons phone and much prefer the Verizon store in the forum, but because of our schedule and the hours of the store, we had to go to this store. We pull in right at 11 and they aren't open yet. Decide to wait for a few minutes, my son even went and pulled on the door to see if it was open even though the open sign was not on. Nope, not unlocked. There is a suited man in the store. He sees us, makes eye contact and continues doing whatever he's doing around the store. Needless to say, 15 minutes later, we left. No open store, no customer service, no business. This isn't the first issue I've had with the store but was going to give it a try. Not again. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I would avoid going here at all costs, honestly if you need anything I would suggest going to the store in Selma. I went to the store a couple of days ago to get a phone for an insurance claim. They didn't have the phone I wanted in the store, so I went ahead and got a different phone. When I got home it turns out the associate put my Dad's phone number on the new phone so I called and the associate told me to just switch the sim cards which is by the way impossible because they're completely different phones. She then told me that I would have to wait until the next day to get the numbers switched. Obviously that was unacceptable because my father is a working man and would have been without a phone with all of his work contacts. I had to drive back up to the store to show her the cards could not be switched so I took the phone I got for my claim, and my Dad's phone. After all of that mess I said, you know, while we're here I'm not crazy about this new phone, I hoped y'all would have some in stock but since you don't, what can I do to return the phone, get my money back and order it from the warehouse? The associate took the new phone, and told me my money would be back in my account so that I could purchase a new phone. 4 trips up to that store, a call to the DM and a call to corporate later and I find out that I cannot be refunded for 3-4 days, which leaves me, a recent college graduate broke and looking for jobs, out my 99 dollar deductible that they were so willing to take and no phone (means of contact from potential employers). Not to mention I got the run around from everyone. She said I would get my money back the next day. Someone else told me it was my banks fault I didn't have my money back, then someone else saying, hey we took hour money but we're not giving it back to you for 3-4 days. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. read more

I initially had some issue but everyone at this store and their support team worked very hard to help me resolve it. Spencer Ramos at the store was a huge help and worked tirelessly to get me a resolution. Cecelia S. and Jenna on the customer support team were very friendly and never forgot about me. I was very impressed on how professional and personable staff where at this location. They have redefined "EXCELLENT customer service" Leo Castellano was exceptional - I will ask for him in the future. I came in to see about up grading to iPhone 6 - had a iPhone 5 and bat. life was going too fast. Leo made me feel like family - he listened to what I was looking for, brought out the iPhone 6 with 64K after I mentioned I'd like more memory, ensured my selection of protection - LifeProof case was good along with a glass cover to protect my new phone. My family and I came from overseas, first thing we needed were cell phones and internet. Walked into this store and met Robert Miller. He helped us make informed decisions, was very professional and obviously loves his job. He even prepared our rebates for us, filled out the envelopes, tied it all in a bow and answered all my questions very clearly and quickly. Robert recommended the portable wifi, as we did not have a house to live in. He also answered all of my texts, no matter what day/time. Robert went above and beyond all my expectations. I heard that San Antonio is a great place to live, and the people are friendly...Robert is awesome, ask for him, he will take care of you. Never have I had such amazing customer service before.
