This place was a fantastic find! I've been coming here since last year with issues on my different devices. Last year I needed a battery replacement for my Mac and iPhone. After comparing with other repair places in the area, I found they had the most reasonable pricing and Jerramy seemed sincere, very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. This last time, I came in because I accidentally water-damaged my iPhone. They were unable to fix but offered to search and find an A+ quality to order through them. Things got rocky due to ordering issues and delays beyond their control. I needed their communication to be a lot better to know what was going on. It was frustrating to say the least. But what more than made up for that was all that Jerramy did to make things right! He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. That really impressed me and was enough to highly recommend this place for all your devices. I will definitely return if I need to. They have great hours and are open ever day. read more

I'm able to write this review from my iPhone 6 because these guys rock!! My phone got water damaged (while being in a LifeProof case I might add ) and these guys were able to fix it!! Including refitting my SIM card from my re-activated 4g iPhone (my interim solution). It took them longer than they initially said, in the end it was a week, BUT I have a working phone again!!!! One star is generous. Charged me over 200 bucks to order parts that they claimed would fix my phone (only fixed the screen, none of the underlying issues. VERY misleading) and said to let them know if there were any issues. I got my phone back and there were numerous issues, so I went back and let them know, as per their instructions. After being talked down to like I was some kind of idiot, not only did they not offer help of any kind to solve my problem, but also said they would not refund it. However, was told I could trade it in. Seeing that as the best option, I asked what I could get in return. I was essentially told "next to nothing". Sweet. TAKE YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ELSE. Guys there are super nice and get the job done within a couple of hours (depending on the line, I'm assuming) I had a cracked/shattered iPhone 5s screen that had damaged the digitizer which made my touchscreen erratic. It would touch things when I'm not even touching the screen and got so bad that I couldn't turn off my alarm in the morning without it opening the phone "app" and start calling people. They replaced the screen with no problem and even stayed at the shop late when I didn't have time to pick it up within their hours. They also matched the price to another store (Mobile Phone Geeks SM) that had given me a quote of $80. I also noticed that my phone was cleaned of all the dust and dirt it's accumulated over the past year. So it looks great and is back in working condition! Would definitely go back if I run into any more phone issues, but hopefully that is not the case any time soon... read more

I would like to give them a 0 star for customer service and for ruining two phones. We had taken one phone in to repair glass and when we got it back they did not put screen on right and nothing on the phone worked. We had to upgrade phone with phone company to get a working phone. While I was out of town my husband took another phone in to same place by mistake and this time the phone was glitching and flashing. Took it back in for repair and they said it was under warranty. Leave it there day before 4th of July. They said it would be ready that afternoon and we had to call them to check on phone and they said it would not be ready til Friday because they found oil inside the phone. They said that the oil was not under warranty so we agreed for them to clean it. Well we finally get the phone back and this time nothing works nor did they clean it and their employee Kim wanted to argue about the phone. While there another customer walks in with same issues and the entire time she wanted to argue. Asked to speak to manager she said that they didn't have a manager. She then said, to leave phone number for the owner to call. This took place July 5th still no call from the owner as to why they completely destroyed our phone. Had I known my husband was taking the phone there I would have stopped him because they ruined my other phone and now my son's phone. We paid around $100 to repair the screen and now the phone is useless. They refuse to take responsibility for their negligence and crappy repairs. read more

My screen completely blacked out and wasn't working at all and the only other phone I had to use at the time needed a SIM card converter in order to work. These aren't expensive but I couldn't find them anywhere in town. When I stopped in, he just handed me exactly what I needed, free of charge. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. (again I had to go to them to get this information).That was about a week ago and I haven't heard anything from them since. if you don't mind being completely in the dark about your phone then this place is fine. read more

Can they fix your phone? Yes. Do they communicate well with their customers? Absolutely not. I've had to take the same phone to this location twice for repair. The first time, it took about a week, because they had to order parts. They ordered the wrong part and ended up picking up the correct one at the San Marcos store. Not once did they call me as a courtesy to let me know what was happening. About a week later, the same part broke...I took it in, they explain the guy who worked on it was no longer there and they do not keep notes on the work order to explain what they did. Again, had to order parts....they asked ME which version of the part they had to order to ultimately fix it the first time. Over a week later, still no call. I broke down and called them, and I got the same story as when I had delivered it, but it seemed as if nothing at all had been done. So if you decide to use them, and they need to order parts, you might want to look elsewhere for repair. read more

Took my iPhone 6s to the geeks after it went for a salt water swim. The shop gave it their best try but it didn't survive the salt water. This place gets no rating. You come in and trust them with your phone just for them to steal the apple parts in your phone. I took my phone here because I dropped my phone and my screen was broken. I got my phone back after they fixed it and something was different about my phone. My battery started to die faster, my screen light looked weird as if it had a different color. 3 months passed I dropped my phone and my screen was messed up again. This time I decided to take it to apple instead because my phone just didn't feel right after I got it back from this place and I knew apple would fix it. I got to apple gave them my phone and came back an hour later and they told me that they couldn't fix my phone BECAUSE the last place where I took my phone which was mobile geeks had replaced the apple parts with a 3rd party parts. Let me tell you how livid I was because I knew I had to pay $500 to get another iphonex after apple buys out my iphonex. Before I took that offer I had called mobile geeks they denied everything. Apple left the screen open so I can see what's inside the phone and take a picture of it for proof. I got a new phone and went to mobile geeks and the girl of course denied everything. But she did show us their 3rd party battery they have and it had the same logo that was replaced on my phone which they had no right to STEAL an apple part for what? So they can make money??? This place is horrible DONT EVER COME HERE. read more

Dropped my iphone 5s and messed up the screen and touch capabilities. Every other repair store or Apple store was either closed or had a wait list, so I brought it here as soon as they opened. Came back about two hours later and they put brand new screen and had everything working just fine. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable about electronics and the price is about $50-60 cheaper than the apple store or Geek squad. Highly recommended! read more

Do not recommend at all. It has taken them 3 weeks to get my cracked screen fixed. They ordered the wrong part and forgot to order the right one!
