They had our computer for 2 weeks and no communication between us and the business. We had to call every few days for some updates and still nothing! They claimed they were short staffed and after all this time never actually fixed the computer and we ended up picking up the computer with no solution and no communication! I had an appointment to drop my phone off from anywhere between 10-12 today (Saturday) and the door has been locked with no one inside and the lights on. This is horrible service and would assume if I have an appointment I would be getting the service. Do better. read more

Dropped off a MacBook to have a new battery installed. Was told it would take 10 days, and it ended up taking 42 days. Poor communication from the store/staff. Never come here!! We came in with a SIMPLE camera glass crack! They ended up breaking the lens and putting the incorrect aperture on it. Abbey the girl at the front was beyond rude and disrespectful. Very snarky and never once apologized for their mistake. They refused to take ownership that they messed up the part. After 4 times of us having to come back they finally had the correct part and now the lens itself isn't focusing which was NEVER THE ISSUE it was a simple crack on the glass. So we are leaving this business worse then how we started I would have rather just had the glass have a crack. read more

Do NOT get your iPhone fixed here. You were warned. I had a battery not charging on my iPhone, they did not (in fact CAN not) fix appropriately and they did not disclose this to me. I brought a phone in for a simple battery replacement. Being a normal iPhone user/consumer and the fact that they obviously knew I would have problems with a non-Apple battery, there was total smoke screen here. Now I get an irritating warning sign EVERY time I use my phone. The point here is that Apple put in a secret chip that won't accept a battery that they didn't install. Now I get a security warning each time I use the phone. There went $100 wasted. read more

I set up my insurance claim through Asurion for this place today September 6th 2022. The girl at the reception desk was so non-helpful, rude and unprofessional. She claimed that she couldn't see my claim in the system yet did nothing to try and fix the system or ask for help from a manager or even try to remedy the situation. Basically it was just a "no we can't help you", even though she stated more that once that there had been a server issue that day already, yet did nothing to remedy the situation or help me. She also told the Asurion representative trying to give her all the info she needed to find my claim "no I can't do anything ". Ridiculous and lazy. Will never be back. read more

I came in with a broken screen on my iPhone X. They explained what they were going to do with my iPhone X and how long it would take. They quoted an hour but had it done in 30 minutes!
