Never go to this store rude and unprofessional. Last time I went the guy was nice and put on a screen protector very professional,I mention I had some phones I may be interested in selling. Went today this idiot was more interested in watching his computor poor service unprofessional. I brought in 10 phones to possibly sell and asked him if he could put on a screen protector he said he doesn't do that I informed him that last guy did he said he wouldn't. I took my phones and left I said it was a stupid decision and left Came back in and said it was stupid I could be a good customer he said (you are stupid) I do not recommend for this reason not to mention they do not look very busy for obvious reasons STAY AWAY read more

Recently I purchased a new iPhone 11 at Verizon store in Selden. I have to say this encounter was probably the best one I have had over the years. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable answered all my questions efficiently and quickly. The transfer of information from the old phone to the new phone took relatively two seconds and I was in and out of there in record time. Went to this store to trade in a Galaxy S 9 which we were initially told was going to have a $678 trade in value by an associate and buy a new S 21 which was listed at $800. The did not have any phones in stock that day so we ordered the phone. Today, the phone was in store and when we went to make the exchange another associate told us that we are only getting $560 for the phone. We are aware that all the numbers are automated but we are confused as to where the initial number even came from for the first associate. We were very unhappy to have to pay double what we were expecting to. There are some knowledgeable associates here who are helpful. Just beware some of those who seem to "pretend to know" what they are doing. read more

The sales people at this location are snarky and condescending. They are only concerned with making a sale. I ordered a phone and was told it would arrive in a day or two. Never heard anything, checked tracking....nothing. Finally after 2 weeks I went in and was told it had been there and of course I was called. The entire time I was there I never received an apology instead I was berated by both salesmen who over & over again repeated that I had to have been called. I finally offered for them to check my call history, which of course they didn't. I left with a phone but refused to buy another thing at the store. Bought my case online. read more

Great experience. I've been with this store since they opened. Just got my 4th iphone with them (iphone 12 Max Pro). The staff was great, service was great and the product is great. I got an INCREDIBLE credit on my old phone that was so damaged you could see through it. Literally holes in it. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews here. I went in this store to replace my malfunctioning phone. I Was told that I can trade it in and get $100 credit towards a new phone. They left out the part where the new phone would be $100 over retail. They basically STOLE my old phone. Best part? The phone they sold me had pictures of the inside of the store on it. They either sold me a used or demo phone. I will be contacting appropriate authorities to investigate the blatant fraud and scamming happening at this location. read more

Actually incompetent staff. He was playing on his phone and when I asked him to look up my account he didn't understand why it wasn't working. He finally realized his system wasn't working and told me to leave because he didn't know what to do. read more

The staff seemed knowledgeable. I wasn't with Verizon for very long before transferring to their competitor. But they are way too expensive for me. I was paying $45+tax for 2gb of data! TWO! That's outrageous! I saved money by going to their competitors. read more

We were helped by Sara who went above and beyond for us!My son changed his case twice and later in the day had an issue with his phone, she took so much time to help us.
