Absolutely horrible!! There associate Lou was no help and quite the asshole. I went into the store expressing problems with my new phone I had bought from him last week, he told me that it was because I had to have dropped my phone and broke it and there's nothing he can do, so frustrating I went to another AT&T in lake grove, where the associate there was so nice in taking the time to look at my phone ask help flu questions, and gave me advice which lead to my phone being fixed!!! With that Lou is not a good employee and doesn't care about the customers he only cares about the paycheck he gets. Scammed me from the beginning I have 2 police reports. They are recording sim and imei numbers and settings up the developer mode so it send them your passwords. I have video of it all. The store manger and the women with the fake Jamaican actsent scammed out of 1700.00 And 30 days later 2 out of the 4 phone I can't use because of some device lock it is stuck in. There was another women with a Russian actsent, very attractive women. She keep it professional while she was getting harrassed by a customer. I couldnt believe that the store manger just watched and had the the nerve to tell me that i had to leave the store. SMH shame on you Metro read more
