So I purchased the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and the sales representative said I should get a screen protector and I told him that I normally just order everything off of Amazon. I told him that I break my screen protectors a lot because of what I do for work. So he told me that the screen protectors have a warranty and will cover everything. It just so happens that nothing is covered under warranty only if it's a manufactured defect. The sales rep had to call Verizon operators to ask a question. He was super rude to them. Disappointed in this company, I placed my order online for three phones, the moment I go to receive my order they deny it because of the ID because it is not from Utah but well they charged my money and I did not receive anything, then my husband tries make an account with Verizon and they didn't accept it because it has Itin and it doesn't have a USA passport. Beware of theft by the employees at the Syracuse, UT Verizon store! Take a photo of the salesperson you turn in your old phone into and get a receipt. My husband turned in two old cell phones at the front desk of the store for a promotional credit of $1000 each. We found out months later from the billing statement that there was no record of the phones being received at the store. After several visits to the store and more than 10 phone calls to the manager David, we ended up receiving a partial promotional credit for one of the phones. After one promise was made and fell through, then another and another. They string you along hoping they will wear you out and you will eventually go away. No ownership was taken for the problem unless we pressed them. It's been 5 months since we switched from ATT. We are still waiting for another call back from David... I never write reviews but think it important for the buyer to beware!! There are many teviews like this on google by Verizon customers. They need to screen their employees better and get a better accountability system in the store for the phone trade ins. read more

Went in, traded 2 phones in and signed up for a plan. Walked away spending over $400 for the new phones + start up fees to turn around and get billed $600 every month because they didn't put the trade-ins on our account, understandable. To get that fixed was a nightmare and I spent over 5 hours of time on the phone just to get false information saying it would be fixed in 7-10 business days, don't worry about it, your service will not turn off. Called back the next day to insure my service will not shut off to find out, the bill will not be fixed and still having to pay a $500 which is not what I signed up for. I was appreciative to have new phones at the time but now I feel lied to and I am not paying what I signed up for. ): the guy was nice but they work for commissions so be careful and keep receipts! read more

I walked in thinking this was a Verizon Company owned store. I was not greeted in the usual friendly way that the real Verizon store employees greet their customers. This was a red flag and it got worse . . . I told him I wanted to replace my iphone 5 with a new one the same size. LIE 1 he told me that that size is not made anymore. I said what about the SE (big scowl and eye roll) he said let me check and see if we have one in stock. LIE 2 He said all he had was the White because the SE was being discontinue (but maybe he was referring to his company and not Apple so I may have forgiven him for that) I asked about the iphone 8 and he said it would be $$ per month, I told him I wanted to pay for it up front (big scowl and eye roll) he quoted me. I asked if he could check the Layton store to see if they had a Black SE ... LIE #3 and an big "F" for his fake check of inventory. He told me that he checked the Layton, Riverdale and Midvale stores and they did not have a single black in stock. ( I was still thinking this was a real Verizon store and employee) I could tell he did not like my questions and did not want to go out of his way to give me correct answers. I left and drove 2 miles down the same road to the real Verizon store in Layton, they had my phone they answered all on my dumb questions with out the drama, eye rolls and scowls. They told me that the other company could not check their inventory so he was flat out lying when he told me he checked their stores stock. I bought my iphone SE from the real Verizon Company store in Layton just 2 miles away from the fake Verizon store in Syracuse. read more
