Contacted the store to confirm they could help me with a simple issue. I arrived at the location 20 minutes after speaking on the phone to a representative at this location. Lights are on inside, but the doors are locked and no one is inside. They are also not answering the phone now. Two different signs on the door for open hours. One says M-S 11am-7pm and another says 10am-8pm. So which is it? Also, it's not like it's lunch time and there is sign saying be back in 5 minutes or anything. Seems like a district manager needs to come here and get his people in line. read more

I will NEVER go back to this store. I spent 6 hours trying to pick up a phone that I ordered on line and was directed to pick up. Went to three stores two of which their web site, customer service and store telephone message said were opened but were not when I arrived. I talked to customer service on 4 occasions with waits as long as 45 minutes. Then went to this store where I was finally directed which was opened. Waited in this store 2 hours observing no sense of urgency or desire to service me. Finally Verizon customer service told the manager how to complete the delivery of my phone. The manager refused to comply with customer dervice direction and would not complete my phone delivery as directed and then lectured me for becoiming frustrated. read more

I will never visit this location again. My husband visited this store twice and finally made an appointment to transfer both our phones from another carrier to Verizon. We showed up at our appointment time, checked in and then waited over two hours. I asked how much longer because we had our daughter and her friend with us and we needed to get her friend back to her parents and needed to make arrangements. Abraxas was extremely rude when we asked any questions because "we weren't up yet". I asked if I needed to be there for the transfer or if my husband could do it and he told me to "just leave!". I said that I already waited two hours and would hate for my presence to needed for the transfer and Abraxas responded with "then stay!" I was irate and I never get frustrated with strangers. I was content during the wait knowing it's a few days before Christmas, he was alone there, covid, etc, I read a book while waiting and was fine. But when I was treated so poorly I got frustrated and said he is being rude. read more

Nice folks. There are quite a few employees at this location, although getting a new phone (a replacement for an existing account and number with VZ) requires an inordinately long time and an absurd amount of paperwork. I joined the army easier than I got a new phone. I might have volunteered my organs to the corporation, because the ream of paper that I had to sign didn't get a careful read. WTF, Verizon? It's a phone, not a sperm sample. read more

Scam artists. They only were interested in selling my mother confusing and poorly explained "upgrades," while promising that her bill would not change. The next month the bill was $60 more than what it used to be. Terrible experience that has resulted in headaches for my family and wasted money. I don't know why Verizon would authorize these unhelpful, shady employees to use their logo and sell their services. There is no reason for this store to exist. Go to a real Verizon store to deal with your service plan, and buy your phones and accessories online. This store offers no benefit or service to the consumer. read more

Never going back to this store. We went in just to ask about the Verizon iPhone 6 promotion that's all over the news. The kid working there told us it's a verizon corporate store promo and he has no clue what it's all about since they're a retail store (like were are supposed to know the difference between the two). Then we told him we would try the "corporate store" and he said good luck waiting in line there. The kid obviously hates his job. It took him 25 minutes just to ring the girl out in front of us. We left the store with a bad taste in our mouth. Next time I will drive however many miles out of the way to go to a different location. read more

Outstanding Employee Imari Curtis was very helpful in helping me understand my new phone. He gave me all the time I needed to find out how to work everything. He has such great people skills and knowledge of my new cell phone. Every time I go in there I look for him and he shows me many functions that I didn't even know I had.
