I subscribed to their wireless hime internet for ten months. It worked great for nine months, then suddenly it was terrible. Verizon tech support is borderline useless. I fiallt had to cancel this week. The people in the local office are great, but they can't do much about technical issues. I highly suggest take your business to a corporate Verizon store. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. I was convinced that the 5G internet box was the best in our area. Spectrum is 1G and we tested running at 200mg when 5G Verizon was barely at 20mg! I have asked 6 times for a return kit and got a $200 charge on my account because of the hassle of unable to return the dumb box! I've bought chargers from this location and was sold a couple things I DID NOT need and refused to be allowed to return them I've lost $150 dollars to this scam place. Go to Roseburg or Eugene. Not worth it to do business here! read more

Maybe honestly selling you a phone, not for the sole purpose of ripping off your plan so they get more commission. Yesterday we saw horrible customer service towards an elderly man who was just trying to get some help with a password so much that he opted to leave and drive all the way to Eugene to get help. Today we had to return to get our situation sorted out and the lady lied about us not being able to get any help with the phone number she gave us this weekend, and did not want to help fix the ghost line that her employee screwed us over with. Do not go here. They are only worried about themselves and not helping their customers. read more

Unfortunately Verizon has the best service in my rural area. Went in to get my son's phone fixed, bc the insurance site said that the store would handle my extended warranty. Spoke to Hanna who immediately said she couldn't do anything for us, was corrected by her Co worker, that indeed their store does the extended warranty. Instead of helping us with that she tried to upsell us a new phone. Which we agreed to, since my son's phone was cheap and doesn't work well. Long story short, we decided to get my hubby an apple watch bc 3 of the employees said that it could be used as a stand alone device. It can't. We went back the the store and they sent us home with troubleshooting that didn't work. So I came back and spoke to Hanna again. Right off she told me I was wrong that she did not help me with this purchase. When she did finally remember, I was already frustrated and instead of selling me an iPhone to pair with the watch, she told me my only solution was to return the watch, and buy a new android. Does that make sense? Then when I asked her for a good solution (it buy an iphone) she snatched the watch back and returned it. So now my husband has no phone and I don't know if we lost his number, plus did we lose the extended warranty from the phone??? She was not helpful, rude and defensive. We signed up for the prepaid plan, but when we got home to Bandon we could not capture the Verizon network, even though the online coverage maps showed service in Bandon. The best we could receive was one bar, with service cutting out every ten minutes. When we called the shop to ask to close the plan and get reimbursed, they told us they could not reimburse us if the service worked in the shop in Coos Bay. That's really terrible customer service. If you sell a cellular service to somebody, at the very minimum it should work in their home. I would not recommend this retailer or Verizon. read more

This store is not part of the Verizon network. We bought a brand new phone here. Within three weeks it stopped working. I contacted Verizon on line. They told me what to do. One of the things was to take the phone back where I got it and I would get a new one. OH NO!!! They don't honor what corporate says. They're independent. After an hour and a half I left. No new phone, nothing. So now I get to pay for a phone that doesn't work. Ugh! read more
