We purchased a brand new double oven which we had to wait for receipt and delivery…read moreof (understandable) however it was delivered (extra charge) on August 7th and we paid additional for the gas hook up - the bottom oven stopped working after one use and the top oven was dead by August 10th - 3 days after delivery...when the store got back to us they advised they do not have a service department and to contact GE directly for service - that was August 12th. Today I contacted them again as the GE service tech company never came out and asked how they were going to correct this - and was referred to GE. I informed him I was within my 30 days in the state of Ohio to return this defective product and asked when they would be retrieving this merchandise and refunding our monies. Crickets...and then stated that would not happen. As I advised him my next call will be BBB and the State Atty General - I would steer clear from this place (sad too because we prefer to spend our hard earned money with small businesses) but I expect them to treat customers better too. Try Lowe's, Menards or Home Depot less personable but vastly better customer service. I asked to hear by 2pm - figured two plus weeks without a stove during a pandemic was reasonable - considering I spoke to Dennis at 1130am - its now 936pm and never even the courtesy of a return call. This is why ppl choose largw corporate stores over small businesses...

They have a large section of clothing racks that have 99 cent items! Name brand labels in great condition! Lots of jewelry, trinkets, shoes, housewares, you name it! The owners were so fun!
