Unlike our previous carrier the wire was buried the same day as the install. The work was done well and has worked flawlessly since then. Speed has been as promised and perhaps more importantly there have been no drop outs. We rely exclusively on streaming video and the previous carrier's system was so unstable it was not uncommon to have the video stop to buffer more data. I'd highly recommend them.

Apple and Verizon customer service told me her phone (the hardware) was fine but when I went into this store, the woman who helped me, the blonde hair and glasses, told me I needed a new phone and the eSIM card with only work for 24 hours. My wife's phone was having problems with her physical SIM card and service where she couldn't connect. Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue. So let's see, spend $30 for an eSIM card or be told I have to buy a new phone and spend $900 over the next three years??? I do not recommend this store. They just want to rip you off and buy a new phone and upgraded plan.

We've tried contacting anyone for months and all we get is the AI/automated chat/texting/call BS. They tell us our account is fixed and when we go to log in, we still can't get in, and the cycle repeats. Now they've also added on hundreds of dollars of late fees for a bill that was only late because they have locked us out of our account. I wish I never messed with Xfinity and I warn anyone who will listen to stay away. Xfinity is the worst.
