Stopped in on Saturday, 5-10-25. We were immediately greeted by the only employee working. She said that she was the only person available and that she was with another customer and it would be a 30-45 minute wait. We decided not to wait. I do want to point out that she had very good customer service skills by acknowledging us and explaining the situation. We had just come from the other Verizon store in town where we got zero recognition from the only employee working there. Would give 5 stars but I don't know why both Verizon stores only have one person working on a Saturday when most people are off. read more

Customer Service was 100%!!! I have been a customer for over 25 years. I needed personal and business service and there is a young lady by the name of Andreana Morales, who was the most professional representative I've ever come across. Andreana was able to help me get two new phones devices for my family members and assist me with my multiple line business account. Killed two birds with one stone in the least amount of time it would've took if I tried changing things myself. Andreana was extremely patient and is very knowledgeable about the equipment, product and services Verizon has to offer. If you don't know something, come in and see her! Verizon, YA GOT A DIAMOND! Do not buy anything here. The manager, Donna Crabtree did not help up solve a problem after an associate inappropriately sold a phone, case, screen protector, insurance to an unauthorized user on our account. They would not take responsibility and help come up with a solution and instead hung up on us. They are clearly in business for commission and interested in padding their own pockets instead of helping people with their phones. read more

We stopped by store yesterday to look at switching from AT&T to Verizon since we are moving to Grants Pass. I was really impressed with Gus. He was very honest and forthcoming about service in the Applegate valet with all the cellular companies. He could have just let us switch and made a quick commission; however, he made suggestions for checking Verizon service with my work phone before making a decision. He also told us that Apple 11 can use two carriers and provide better coverage. Gus was so nice and patient. What a different experience at a cellular company. read more

We went here after one of the "true" Verizon stores were rude and unhelpful. Cody at this location put the screen protector on my new phone, answered all our questions, and helped us save money. Go to any of the Authorized Retailers instead of going to the corporate stores. They're actually there to help and have great customer service. Update: we went in a week or two later to get a second phone, Freddie answered all of our questions and explained and double checked everything! Lost my phone so I sent to see what could be done. The girl working was the rudest person ever. I wasn't happy to begin with. She decided she would not do business with me. Like it's her company. I walked out and now I'm going to AT&T. This little girl should not be in a customer service position if she can't deal with anything other than a smiling happy face person. read more

I worked with Ricky at this location and he was the MOST helpful, courteous and very patient as he explained and re-explained my plan options and how they relate to my devices. I was incredibly apprehensive to change from my old plan and device due to the sheer number of options out there! I feel super happy and confident in my decision. My phone factory reset on it's own. I barely knew how to work my old phone and now I have a new, better, different phone and haven't a clue. Cody was working and helped me so much. heres a true story for you. My 70 year old father asks me how to replace the phone he lost that i had bought for him. I send him to walmart to get the $15.00 verizon flip pay as you go phone. On the way to walmart he sees the verizon store across the street , he thinks well im sure i can get a cheap flip phone there as well as at walmart. Its the compsnies store. He goes in the sell him the right flip phone and a verizon air card , THEY CHARGE HIM 189.00 FOR THE ,SAME 14.88 PHONE YOU GET AT WALMART! My mother goes back with him too the store the next day. And the manager tells her he wont return it , she is also 70 years old . I believe this is elder abuse and as lso just plain bad business. My parents called verizon and they told them that this is an authorized retailer not a ckmpany store. So now my dad that is on a fixed income is stuck with this 189.00 FLIP PHONE. THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK IN WILLIAMS. Where his cheap 14.88 one worked just fine . This place actually preys on the elderly in our community . Lets boycott it. read more

I completely agree with the previous one star reviews and I too would give 0 stars if that were an option. I cannot answer my brand new Moto $900 phone. The incoming call screen will not come up. Went in at 10:00 am and found 7 people ahead of me and 1 sales person. I waited in line for an hour and, Sierra, the rudest, uncaring sales person I have ever encountered said "Sorry, nothing I can do." Been sitting here for three hours to buy a phone. Worst customer service I have every experienced from a cell provider. We couldn't even pick up the display models, which were not live without alarms going off. When we finally got to a salesperson he wanted to talk more about life experiences than give me the phone. Won't be coming back to this store. read more

My old phone that was an old 2010 military flip phone was malfunctioning and due to repetitious humiliation from my family to get-with-the-times and upgrade, I finally decided to challenge the learning curve. After much on-line research I narrowed it down to either the Brigadier or the GalaxyS5. After trying out the Brigadier for 2 days I ended up with the S5. I really wanted the Brigadier because of the water/shatter/vibration proof and the antenna but the BIGGEST down side was NO One on the other end could hear me. Not even the Verizon people when I called about it. So far the S5 is working out Great! What I really want to say is that the customer service that I got at this particular Verizon store was outstanding!! I very luckily had Nichole K as my consultant and she was Amazing! She really knows her stuff. She also goes above and beyond with helping with questions, researching, trouble shooting and problem solving. I sat in the TCC Verizon for 1 hours, b4 I was waited on. I was not acknowledged the whole time. I observed the 2 guys muddling through with their customers, 1 to no avail. 6 customers came in AND left while I was there. When I got to the man, told him I needed him to activated my Droid while the new Pixel I got a month ago was FEd Exed for repair, he said he didnt think he could do it, based on "you saw what I went through with my last customer?" Disgusting, I said, since I called 2 other stores and they said it would be easy. I got a shrug and a look of disdain. WHo hires and trains these people in the 2 Grants Pass stores? I have been into this store twice for help with paying my bill on a prepaid phone. First of all, they only have 2 people working. I have waited at least 30 minutes plus to get help. Why doesn't Verizon hire more help in their stores? I saw people come in sign in, wait 30 minutes plus then walk out of the store. Once it was my turn, the customer rep is knowledgeable, and took care of my issue with the phone, but the wait time is poor service. read more

went in for a galaxy S8plus... they told me they had a promotion for a tablet. $0.99 cost for tablet... then it would use your data from your cell phone at NO ADDITIONAL cost.. i never get promotions because normally there uses to increase your monthly bill. but they stated multiple times it would NOT increase my bill.. so i said ok.. then at the end of the transaction they told me i had to put a 100$ deposit on the tablet? odd.. i bought it for $0.99,, so why deposit.. they stated this is normal because normally, and the 100$ would be credited back y to my account after a year.. so whatever... then they told me I HAD TO get insurance of the galaxy for min of 3 months, after 3 i could cancel it, again odd.. i told them i have never had insurance and dont want it, but they said it WAS required .. but it was spendy phone, so screw it... got home.. check my verizon app.. NEXT MONTHLY BILL = 280$.. called verizon corporate.. they said NO i do not have to pay insurance, they called the store i went into.. they told corp they told me it was advised!! a Blatant LIE!!!!, then the store told corp they told me it had a monthly bill, A LIE!!! went back to the store to return the tablet... Alan the manager(who helped me get the tablet and phone along with Amanda T.), stated he thought the monthly charge was $10 no 20$. i asked why did he say there is no monthly fee to me.. he simply looked at me and said YA, i thought it was 10$..Lol .. gave no excuse for lying to my face.. then asked Alan why did you say i HAD to have insurance, again no excuse for the LIE!! he simply said, "that a expensive phone, you better get insurance"... so i asked again.. "WHY DID YOU SAY, IT IS MANDITORY, i told you i did not want the insurance" he just looked down at his computer and and "shrugged" made not statement why,, or a sorry... Its very clear whats going on at this TCC Verizon location.. the employees have incentives to UP sale.... so the employees are walking a very thing line of legality (closer to illegal the legal) to make there sales... the standard practices at this location are WRONG, DISHONEST and NOT MORAL or ETHICAL .... TCC Verizon,... you guys can still make a TON of money training your employees to be Ethical and Honest.... these immoral business practices will not equate to long term Corporate Success ...! read more

Terrible customer service. She literally talked me out of buying anything from them. Then she told me that you can't get a screen protector for my phone, which there are tons of brands. Then she rudely told me in front of customers that it doesn't matter cause they won't work. Very very little knowledge of phones or how to sell properly. As someone who has sold phones for over 10 years I can't can't imagine how they must sell anything there with horrible sales skills like that. They took plenty of time going through the various plan options to get me what I need without pushing services and features that I didn't want or need. They set up the phone, ensured that everything worked properly and confirmed that I was satisfied before I left.
