I had plenty in the account & said I can already see on my phone it went through....Allen said no the machine must be having problems- directed me to another machine & used different credit card from Chase bank ! It went through AGAIN! The sales guy said don't worry - that other charge will be canceled! It wasn't!! 3 days later it was completed by US bank - but nobody at the store would take any time to correct the problem! Worst part was how rude they were on the phone ! I was charged twice but now it was my problem???? What kind of business is going on! Filed a case with my bank for reversal of the first charge - will never set foot back in there !!

After I provided the information they said it can't be fixed and had her buy a Google Pixel because that was a discount they had at the store when I could have easily got her another iPhone. After contacting the warrenty dept by phone I was told that the phone was activated in 2006 and used for a year then turned in on an upgrade plan. She said, "I don't know what to tell you"... The staff at the store was very kind and got me hooked up and out the door within 15-20 minutes. When i got back to town i went on Nov 1st to the store to return my equipment. They put the info on my acct that it was returned, and then I was given a 1-800 number to call to cancel service. When i called t-mobile to cancel service they said i would be charged for october and november because i returned equipment one day late. I asked if they would prorate my bill since i was not using their service after nov 1 and they said no-that's their policy. I am very disgusted that i have to pay for a service i dont have and im not using. The customer service people basically said "sorry too bad" to me and because of that, i will never use t-mobile again and i wont recommend them in the future to anyone. So beware-one day over your billing cycle day and you will be charged for a full months service
