Well, in the store, they convinced me that there was a special going on for an iPad and an Apple Watch, I agree to this I felt that it was a good deal. However, after spending two hours at the store after everything was said and done, they went to scan my drivers license and it had just expired in November. They would not take my current passport or any other government issued ID but a drivers license. This was a bust and a complete waste of time. Then they convinced me to turn my iPhone 12 Pro in for the new 16. I told him I did not want to make any more installment payments and they said they would give me $830 credit for my old phone and I paid the $369.99 in cash that day to pay off the difference so the new iPhone 16 would be completely paid off and I would just be paying for the service. Recently did an update if you were going to change any information, passwords, etc. you have to wait one hour. It was Christmas Eve and everyone was antsy to get home and no one wanted to wait the hour It was going to take to unlock the phone. After spending three hours in the store, they did let me go home with my new iPhone 16 and said they would send me a return kit in the mail and all I needed to do on my own time was wait that allotted one hour and finish the transferring from the old phone to the new phone. Put the phone in the box mail it in and I would see a credit on my bill. After coming back from vacation, I never received a box in the mail. I checked with the house sitter who is getting our mail on a daily basis, she said that we never received a box or any packages. Now I call in and I see that my new bill says I owe $830 in installments. The exact thing that I did not want. AT&T said there was nothing they could do for me because it was past a 30 day Deadline. I was never informed that I had to turn The old phone in before 30 days. If so, I would have Made sure it was done. Long story short, I should have asked the staff to stay later than 6 PM when the store was closing to finish my transfer of information. Now I'm $830 in the whole Bound by a two-year contract that I did not want to sign but now I automatically am in because I did not get the credit for my old phone. On top of this, I was not able to go home with a iPad As a Christmas gift for my husband. I ended up going in on December 26 to Best Buy and purchase an iPad from there because I did not need a valid drivers license to make a purchase. I guess this is on me, but it is extremely frustrating that I'm in a contract, I owe money that I told was going to be a credit and spent hours and hours of waste of time to walk out of the store empty-handed. Then to be told by AT&T customer service that there was nothing they could do. Their hands were tied. I'm extremely extremely disappointed I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, I would've thought that being in customer service for over 20 years myself that there would've been something they could've done for a customer, other than walking away with a bad taste In their mouth and And no faith that AT&T would make it right. Extremely disappointed.

The manager (James) literally pretended to be reading from the list of promotions and told me that if I bought an SE with Next Up, I could trade in the phone after a month, pay a third of the value of the SE and have a 16 for free. He made it seem like a great deal, laughing and all happy for me. He was acting and lying, fully aware of his lie. Later, two reps in person and two on the phone told me he had in fact lied. I then had to pay $55 to return the SE (At and T on the phone did reimburse me). He also continued to lie, saying that he had not in fact lied. I have left my phone number for the district manager (linda) who has not bothered to call me back. This is a first for me in a phone store. When you go there, prepare yourself as if you are about to buy a used car. Do not trust what you hear. Research it, then make a decision.

After contacting the warrenty dept by phone I was told that the phone was activated in 2006 and used for a year then turned in on an upgrade plan. I was lucky to have a copy of the receipt showing that they indeed sell me a "new" phone with a 1 year warrenty. HOWEVER it was a huge hassle to get them to stand behind their mistake. I then told him that I wanted to have the cracked screen replaced (LCD screen installed for $75). He brought it back to a dark haired lady in the back office. She then came out and asked me what I was quoted for the repair. I stated that I was quoted $75 to replace it. She then became instantly abrupt, and defensive. She stated, "well you didn't get that quote from me, because we charge $100 minimum for a LCD screen replacement" I told her again that a lady here 3 weeks ago said it was $75. She said, "I don't know what to tell you"... Sooooo I went online, bought a NEW SCREEN for $13.28, and then spent less than 20 minutes replacing it :-) Thanks for the rude and un-professional service Chat Cat, thanks to you store on Delta Waters Rd, I have advised my friends to look at How-To video's on the Internet to do their own phone repairs.... It's really really easy..... Funny it took me less than 20 minutes to fix my phone, not 24-48 hours like I was quoted from your staff....

    I went in to the Delta Waters store a day before October 1st and said i was going on vacation and…read morethe place i was going had poor internet and i wanted a modem for one month. The staff at the store was very kind and got me hooked up and out the door within 15-20 minutes. When i got back to town i went on Nov 1st to the store to return my equipment. They put the info on my acct that it was returned, and then I was given a 1-800 number to call to cancel service. When i called t-mobile to cancel service they said i would be charged for october and november because i returned equipment one day late. I asked if they would prorate my bill since i was not using their service after nov 1 and they said no-that's their policy. I am very disgusted that i have to pay for a service i dont have and im not using. The customer service people basically said "sorry too bad" to me and because of that, i will never use t-mobile again and i wont recommend them in the future to anyone. So beware-one day over your billing cycle day and you will be charged for a full months service
