    Have shopped at TCC in Shelbyville often with excellent friendly service, and they have made account changes on their computers for me quickly and easily. I came to this store to meet a friend and transfer one of his phone's onto my account. The skinny guy said they may need to get a new SIM card depending on phone type, and that they can do the transfer on the computer no problem. Just let him know when my friend arrives, and he'll get it done. So when my friend arrived with the new phone for me, the big guy was available on the floor, so I asked him if he could do the transfer. He said no, dial *611 and have Verizon do it. We were the only customers in the store with 30 minutes until closing time. I then asked the big guy where the skinny guy was because the skinny guy said he could do it for us. So the big guy went to the back room area where the skinny guy was doing some work, and tried to quietly talk to him, but since me and my friend were standing by the door we could hear the big guy telling the skinny guy to say they can't transfer phones and for us to do it ourselves and to call Verizon. So the skinny guy came out and told us they couldn't transfer the phone now. I said how come 10 minutes ago you said you could do it on your computer here in the store with no problems. He kinda stuttered and said they just can't do it, and we need to call Verizon. My friend has the new Galaxy S7 Edge, and he was giving me the same phone, so we were going to buy 2 cases, and maybe a few other items. But since they thought they weren't going to get a sale, they did not want to do any type of extra work / customer service. So we went outside in my friend's truck and called Verizon and made the ESIN transfer and I got my new phone activated in about 10-15 minutes. So all went well. Probably would have only taken the store 5 minutes to do it. Not very friendly service here if they know you're not buying a new phone from them. My family has purchased several phones from the TCC in Shelbyville, and accessories, but after this incident, maybe we will follow the big guys advice and go directly to a real Verizon store for all future purchases instead of buying from their dealer chain of stores. The skinny guy was helpful and nice, but the big guy influenced him to not waste his time helping us since we're not buying a new phone there. The Cable TV salesman was also very polite and nice too. Their Galaxy S7 Edge cases are $45 at TCC, and I checked Amazon and the same cases are $14, but I'll have to wait a couple days for delivery, but hey, I saved over $30 by not buying from TCC. So maybe it was meant to be this way. I DO NOT recommend going to this location to make a purchase, because they might be nice to you then, but if you have any issues, they will tell you to call or go to an actual Verizon store, not a dealer like they are. And there are 2 actual Verizon store's near them. So take the extra 10 minute drive and buy from a place that will provide friendly customer service, after the sale. Sorry, I did not get their names, but they are slightly visible in my interior store photos posted on Yelp. This took place at 7:30pm, Thursday, April 7, 2016.

    Amazing Staff, they treat you like family. Everyone was extremely nice and helped everyone in the store within a timely manor.

    TCC gets the customer taken care of! They are phone doctors. They keep us informed, protected, and secured! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    I've been into this location quite a few times. When the iPhone 6s launched I came to this location…read moreand the staff was SO helpful. They didn't have the color or size I wanted when I initially went in that morning, but they told me to check back later that day because they expected another shipment. I was impatient and went to a couple other locations to see if anyone had what I was looking for and let me tell you, the customer service didn't compare to the customer service at this location. Cody, is the rep. that helped me buy my phone and he has also helped me the multiple times I've gone in. He's always been very helpful and patient with me. I wanted to buy a tempered glass for my phone, but they were out of stock of the one I wanted. He told me if I found one that he'd put it on my phone. I went to Best Buy, which is right behind this location, and they had the tempered glass I was looking for. Best Buy wanted to charge me to install the glass! I went back to Verizon and they did it for free! Even though I didn't buy it from them! I thought that was super awesome! I also have to mention that before I bought the new iPhone 6s, I had broken my phone. I was using an extremely old droid that used to be my brother's and it was extremely slow and wouldn't pick up 3G or LTE. When I took it into this location to see if they could help, they gave me the option to "borrow" an iPhone because I'm in the medical field and having a phone is extremely important for me. I had NO idea Verizon offered this. I was able to borrow the phone, with no charge really. It was in my bill, but then credited back once I returned the phone damage free. I love Verizon and love this location!

I remember when Verizon was one of the best Phone and Internet services around. But that is questionable!!!!. I'm not a satisfied customer at the moment. Don't get me wrong the Staff at this location are very helpful and friendly it's just the when it comes to the Internet services. No five star review or no thumbs up for Verizon Home Internet.. Warman Ave.) were going to hop up and land in Greenfield. A call was made this morning for help and (04/25/2026) in a jiffy our friendly neighborhood Spectrum Technician Anthony showed up, was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and had everything back online quickly, fixed everyone's TV (so important to homes full of veterans) but what stood out was how he handled the visit. Professional, calm, fun, and made it no longer feel like a problem, but like getting a new toy. You could tell he was accommodating and that means a lot to those of us that are disabled, and he could hold his chin up, proud of making 30 of us in 3 homes all chipper. Spectrum should hang onto technicians like this. He was invited to come back for dinner but he was set on helping more people restore their service. If there's a way to request him again, I would. The invite remains open if he can handle us curmudgeons. It was one of those rare times when you leave the interaction in a much better mood than when you started. Anthony should be recognized for his work. He made a meaningful difference for about 30 residents across three homes. If there's a way to request him again, I absolutely would. He deserves at least a cookie. I am thankful we are using Spectrum.

HOWEVER, I believe this little T mobile store in Beech Grove charged my mind ... I had a lot of trouble with my iPhone iCloud password and my service representative SAM went above and beyond to solve the issue. Her level of professionalism and patience is exemplary. This is definitely the store I'll be going to from now on. SAM you are the BEST ... and I had the opportunity to meet JOSH the store manager. JOSh is always thinking three thousand steps ahead to ensure everyone is receiving the best service and attention. He is also an outstanding artist ~ next time your in the store ask to see some of his art and it's always important to support your local artist. Long story short ~ we always feel like our world is over if something happens to our phones ~ and these two save lives everyday in the friendliest manner possible. Congratulations on the best store in the Universe. My guru in India always tells me "service to others is service to God" ... The sales reps were super nice and made it all very easy. Parker explained everything really well and answered all my questions. You can't beat the deals here. Right now you can pay for 2 lines and get a third free and a free Netflix subscription. It's a pretty great deal! I am so happy I stopped in here and am very excited to be switching from Sprint. Definitely recommend this location!!!

    So we have had issues with our home phone ( landline ) for about a year. I really didn't care about…read morefixing it since most of the calls we get are sales, scams, political or charity all wanting money. It wasn't until it started effecting the WiFi that I cared. I finally called and talked to a guy named Dan. I could tell Dan was sorta a computer geek. He was talking to me about ports, overlapping signals etc... He actually seemed knowable and trustworthy. We have been getting mailers about AT&T doing "Free" upgrades to fiber optics. So decided to up grade which is supposed to get us a better router, multiple signals and faster uploads. Appointment set for a few days after the call between noon and 4 to get it all set up. Supposed to take up to 4 hours. Two days later: Got the call from the tech about 1:05pm he was on his way. About an hour after the tech showed up I got another visitor. A young man who said he was my consultant. So he came in and we set up the Smart Home Manager app. Then he wanted to talk to me about our cellphones. I told him the companies we were with and that we were happy with them. He mentioned free phones and a $$gift card. I said nope wont be changing cell phone carriers. I didn't tell him but I don't believe in giving one company all my business. If that one company has issues then you are screwed. And my WiFi in my car is AT&T and it constantly drops my signal. Right at 4 hours later the tech was done and everything seems to be working. With new technology I didn't have to reset passwords on every item that was connected. That was great. He left behind the old battery backup for the broadband phone. He had to come back in and take photos of the new outlet and I asked him about it. He said it was costing the company too much to dispose of them so they just leave them behind. Im hoping I can at least take the battery someplace to be recycled. So far so good. Time will tell if this was a mistake.

I was like um, I'm calling to cancel my internet because it's so bad where I live. They don't offer Fiber where I am located (Sobro area). I explained it's been spotty ever since I got it. Finally, I was told I'd have an email with further instruction on equipment return (modem and power cord) within 24 hours. I'm not certain that I'll receive it, but we shall see. If not, I'll be calling AT&T back.
