She's not quite ready for a cell phone and I thought this was a good alternative. The shop is clearly very new as they didn't yet have the store fully stocked with tons if accessories of devices yet. However, i was immediately greeted with a smiling staff when I walked in. The team member who assisted me was super helpful and helped me stay within my budget on a new phone and plan. He was great at explaining everything and getting me switched over right there in the store. He also helped me set up my daughter's watch and the coordinating app for it on my phone. Prior to coming to this location I had first visited the Beech Grove location and lets just say the staff member there acted like he had better things to do then answer my questions about switching carriers. It was almost as if he didn't care if i switched to Verizon or not. He basically sat on his own phone as he spoke to me. Super unprofessional. Anyway I would highly recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs! Happy new Verizon customer here - not to mention my monthly bill with brand new phone and gizmo watch service is $10 cheaper now than I was paying at tmobile.

T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I…read moredecided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

Was very disappointed to find I was not told truth about what I was sold until I got home. Im under…read moremy daughters plan and never would have changed or added anything to her account, she came in to this store where I bought it and the youngman who sold it to me started arguing with my daughter stating I knew everything he was doing(clearly I did not). Sadly he was with another customer who became very angry that her time was being interrupted yet the he kept arguing. The customer service was deplorable the manger never even tried to stop the young sales clerk from being so rude. My daughter was able to get it fixed with AT&T via the phone customer service via phone listened and resolved the issue.

After endless dropped calls, hours on hold, and broken promises of call-backs, their only solution was for me to pay off the phones out-of-pocket for a 'possible' reimbursement or cancel and owe $1,000+ in device fees. At first I was impressed, but then it became very clear that it left much room for error. By the time I left, I realized he altered my account incorrectly and my bill was inflated to over $100 more. I caught it right after I left the store when I called T-mobile. I went back into the store to point out the mistake while I had the customer service rep on the phone.

Updated: My card was double charged for our repair (the cashier swiped the card said it didn't go…read morethrough, swiped again -- but both went through) and I've called multiple times to get this resolved. The first time I was promised a call within 2 weeks, so I waited patiently and now can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages. I doubt this is malicious by any means and they're trying to hustle me, but... this is a pretty costly mistake and I want my money back. Shouldn't be this difficult.
