Every time, so far, that I have visited the Saint Helens Verizon store whether to make a payment or help me with things concerning my phone, the staff (young men) have been very polite and any phone issues that I had were resolved most satisfactorily. If i could give ZERO stars i would. i was greeted by three employees doing absolutely NOTHING but talking among themselves, and one real jerk with no name tag behind the counter. If i had been from corporate his butt would be out the door. i tried four times i received a message from Verizon NOT APPLE! and that it said i had 30 days to buy a warranty to guarantee replacement of my phone if it was lost stolen or damaged beyond repair. that idiot told me there were over a hundred companies offering these kinds of things and he had to see the message to answer me. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS NOT VERIZON AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SHADY! Warning - because this is an authorized retailer, it is *not* Verizon and Verizon will not be able to help you if you have problems. DO NOT GO HERE! We knew we were going to need to get some new phones this year, and we were waiting until a good deal came along. We saw that there was a Buy One Get One deal on iphones and we went here thinking it was an actual Verizon store. As part of the deal you had to add a new line, which we were going to do. We were told that we would be able to take advantage of the deal. The first evening we went in, we didn't have all the information needed (we were switching a phone # from another carrier for the added line) so we had to come back the next day. We spent a total of three hours over the course of those two days trying to purchase phones. We said repeatedly that we didn't want to change our plans. We purchased our phones (an iPhone and an android) and had to place an order for the "free" iPhone as they didn't have what we wanted in stock. I received a phone call the next day from Verizon corporate to confirm my phone order and that's when I discovered that we were being charged full price for the second "free" phone. I asked about the deal and corporate Verizon said we didn't qualify as we didn't upgrade our lines to unlimited. When I said that we never would have purchased the phones and opened a new line without the deal I was told there was nothing corporate Verizon could do because we went to an authorized retailer and not a Verizon store. We had no idea the store we went to was an authorized retailer. When we went to return the phones we were told we had to pay a restocking fee of $50 each on the phones even though the mistake was not on our end. Again, we were promised we were going to get the free Phone deal, otherwise we never would have purchased anything. The manager we spoke to was rude and kept trying to get us to take blame. He wanted us to admit that we knew what we were signing up for, even though we told him we never would have purchased anything without the deal. He told us that since we spent $2k on phones, the $50 restocking fee should be no problem! He was completely unprofessional and rude. This was actually a very large purchase for us and we had been carefully watching deals so that we could we could make the best use of our money. How is $50 not a big deal? Not to mention that we are also out the money for the cases and screen protectors we purchased. Ultimately he waived one $50 fee. We later found out that the new line we opened was under some sort of weird contract with this store, which the three Best Buy employees we were working with had never seen before. We were not made aware of the fact that we were signing a contract with this store when we opened the line. In total we have now spent a total of 16 hours trying to get this sorted out and corrected. I moved to Oregon and went to the St Helens store to sign up, as I am now in a rural area. The sales rep at the store assured me that Verizon had a great signal where I would be living, and then he sold me a hotspot for internet, the Verizon Jetpack, and said I'd get great internet. These were lies to get me to buy the product. My signal is 1-2 bars at best, so the Jetpack doesn't provide any internet. I spent $400 to get a signal booster, and now I have a great signal, but the Jetpack still doesn't work. So, since it is worthless, and sold to me with false statements, and even though I bought it last week, the store wants a $50 restocking fee on a $100 product. This is usury and I will be filing a complaint with the FCC and state agencies. This store is deceptive, stay away. read more

I purchased a droid turbo 2 shortly after its release. After using it for a few days I had several people tell me over the phone that it "sounded like I was underwater" and they couldn't understand me. Since there was a 14 day return policy I took my phone in to the store. They attempted to fix it and sent me on my way. Problem not solved! I live a half hour away so I now make yet another trip back within the 14 days where they replace my sim card. Problem still not solved. I return for the 4th total time and the nice gentleman calls the manager "Alex" to see what he can do. Alex said there was nothing he could do. It is outside of the 14 day return period. Thankfully the nice people at the store gave me insurance on my phone after I TOLD THEM NOT TO. And I can hopefully get a different one myself through insurance. Now, Mr. Manager. I come into your store where I agree to purchase a brand new phone. I didn't sign up for a broken piece of junk. Whatever, I do as I'm told and return within the 14 days if there's a problem. Not once but twice. Then you can't help me out? Because I returned for the third time after the 14 days? Are you kidding me? Now because you sold me a defective, brand new phone out of the box, I have to turn it into the insurance company myself and can likely end up with a REFURBISHED PHONE. Thanks a lot for making me clean up something that, in my eyes, should be your responsibility. I went in to trade in my phone after my two year contract was up and they said they were going to save me tons of money on my bill, I wanted to switch to an I-phone so it was compatible with my home computer so she got me the Iphone which was great and then offered me a free tablet for their promotion so I agreed, never mentioned there was a $40 or $50 dollar activation fee, I did not find out until I got my bill so I called their main office and was told to go into the store and they would take care of it since I was not told about the charge, well they finally agreed to take the tablet back after 3 hours of back and forth, and then told me there was a $75 restocking fee, I told him that was ridiculous so they called thier main office and then agreed to reduce it down to $35, and mentioned that I signed off on it so I must have known?? I was angry that they take no responsibility for misleading info, so be careful people before you sing for anything, read all the small print since these guys are not honest, I feel like I got totally ripped, off then they told me I would have to pay the extra $40 fee they added to my bill and wait for them to take it off my next bill?? So the Free Tablet ended up costing me a fortune so beware people, don't sign anything without reading everything since they leave alot out. read more

LIARS AND CHEATERS DO NOT GO THERE! So my wife and I change carriers to Verizon. I told them that I wanted to keep my bill at the same ($125) or less. They said it's not a problem. I also signed up for an employer discount. My bill ended up being $145 per month and the employer discount is not available on my plan (but the store employee said it was, it took me over 4 months to get that information) now I have to pay another $15 so I can get the discount which is not a discount if I have to pay more. I have had nothing but lies from this store. I have tried to call corporate and they told me I have to work it out with the store where I purchased. The store (TCC) says I have to work it out with corporate. They even tried to send me to a corporate store. No one wants to help! They waited until I was outside the 14 day return policy to tell me that I should have came in with in the 14 day return policy to get something done. They are liars and cheaters. All they care about is getting a commission on what they sell you and will do anything that they can to cheat you. read more

This store over charges for everything a cell phone for $200 here sells for $145 at the corporate Verizon store. Don't get tricked into purchasing anything here. They throw a bunch of features on your bill that you didn't ask for or told them no you don't want it. They only email your receipt but your setting up your new phone's so you can't check when you're there. They throw your new screen protector on for you then tell you that you can't return it because it's used. They charge a $35 dollar restocking fee per phone so your out $65 per phone before you can even walk out the door. Save yourself the hassle just find a corporate Verizon store... this is not one!!! I bought 4 phones here a galaxy note 5 a galaxy s6 and 2 galaxy cores all are at least $45 cheaper at the corporate Verizon store. Verizon isn't able nore willing to help you with anything because it's a third-party store. If they tell you it's a deal then save yourself it's not. read more
